Total renovated means it has to legally be brought up to the present building codes so it has a had an asbestos abatement and a radon mitigation system installed?
Hi there, thanks for the message and good question. To have a home renovation done it does require city permits and inspections. Older homes actually don't need to be brought up to the full new home construction standards (ie. radon mitigation) but they do have other safety standards to meet to ensure the homes are safe. Good question again and I hope you have a good day!
