The 1000F thermostat provides a Relay ( switch ) for a heater and a Relay also for a fan or refrigeration. You can run a wire from your DC power supply separately or fed with a jumper either way but, you will need to run a power leg to and from the relay or relays to that device want to switch on or off.
Thanks this worked perfect the first time. My only additional complication was wiring in a relay to support the current of the heater I was using.
