Thanks this worked perfect the first time. My only additional complication was wiring in a relay to support the current of the heater I was using.

The 1000F thermostat provides a Relay ( switch ) for a heater and a Relay also for a fan or refrigeration.
You can run a wire from your DC power supply separately or fed with a jumper
either way but, you will need to run a power leg to and from the relay or relays to that device want to switch on or off.
