Its down to personal preference, but from testing them I would say it's a bit easier to get the ball in the hook of the stick with the 3D Head. I personally prefer the normal round head.
The compo 3 is 30% carbon and the compo 4 is 20% carbon. So there won't be a big difference. The compo 3 will give you more power than the compo 4 but not alot more. I would say these are better suited to bigger level or lower level players
