*Window replacement:* I had to remove the front triangle panel (1 screw inside, then slide UP, don't pull), on the outside, opposite the small inside triangle; and also remove the window track there (bolt top and bottom.) Once those were out, the window slipped in from the outside. Other stumbles: the window needs to be rolled down to access the bolts holding the glass. I used the door panel switch, so had to plug that back in. I also removed the foam seal, then once the glass was in, I replaced the track, then fed the seal back down into the tracks around the glass. Otherwise, *thank you* for this very helpful video! It was the main source for learning to do this!!
2012 Fit Sport Excellent instructions! Had the same brittle plastic issues. - Had a couple of the red clips disintegrated. Having a box of spares is a good thing for this task. - Will have to replace the left back triangle garnish too. Broke the little post on one of them. - A somewhat long magnetic screwdriver (or extension for the drill bit) is helpful for the rear screw on the back door. If it drops off behind the panel, you have to remove the cover again to retrieve it. Thank you for the great video. It really was helpful
My 2011 Fit Sport didn't have the 2nd screen under the armrest panel. I managed to break the triangle garnish on the driver side, car is 9 years old and it's brittle plastic. Passenger one came off nice though. The new garnish was $11 so no worries, though I'll have to drill the stud out for the old one. Thanks for your videos, they made replacing everything a breeze.
hi there do i have to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery in order to remove the driver seat ? Im worried the airbag lights are going to pop on

Hi, Jeff I am thinking that if you can do a video on how to remove and install a new rear door Center Pillar Garnish for 9th Gen Honda accord. that will be very helpful, mine is damaged, but I don't know how to get that thing removed.
Minez be d same issue... seems thatz a thing wit the Fit... some ppl say it could be d fuse that might hav gotten blown... idk... dnt even kno where d fuse is for the rear speakerz
I bought a 2018 honda fit sport manual. I heard that there tend to be leaking problems that occur hatch door and door panels. Have you had problems? If so do you have any fixes
I'm 3 years too late but this seam cracking issue was only for the first gen (2008 and earlier), so you won't have to worry about leaking in your 2018 Fit.

Thanks for your video. It was a great help. I was able remove the rear door panel without a panel too. I just used my hands.
Thank you so much for the Honda Fit rear door panel removal video. It helped me tremendously.
