DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS: Using the same automotive grade optics and Osram LEDs that come standard in Morimoto's XB LED headlights; the integrated DRL Bars are insanely bright, easily visible even from afar in broad daylight! In fact, the daytime mode is so bright that the light bars will auto-dim in parking light, low beam, or high beam mode out of necessity in order to reduce glare at dusk or in the dark. Are y'all going to be making one of these grilles for the 09-14 f150s? I know the way ford designed the grille makes it difficult to design that, but just wanted to see if y'all had anything in the works.
As of right now I have not heard of anything in the works for the 09-14 models

I'm in Canada, and I wish we had reasonable access to these incredible products morimoto has, but the cost up here is through the roof... just to get the headlights for my 2019 f150 is almost $4000 CAD after shipping, currency conversion, and get this extra duty charges because no reason at all. Great products, but it's really sad for the Canadian market. Maybe one day....lol

So will this not be functional as a light during the night time? Can I not hook this up to my fog lights? Also would’ve been really cool if y’all added a “snake chase” with the lights when the start up happened on the vehicle.
No, this is purely aesthetic.
We thought about adding a start-up function, but since the headlights themselves don't have this function it wouldn't make sense.

Yes they will. :)
I think there is a harness issue with them. I installed mine with the hybrid xb and it won't allow the passenger side drl to run on auto setting during the day. Once the headlights come on at night they run. But it's a strange issue. The harness taps into your xb headlights But leaves a drl connection unplugged. When you swap them around it pushes the issue to the grills drl functioning correctly. Waiting to hear back from morimoto.

These are amazing but the cost is too high. Im probably going to end up making my own using some high density LED strips, a diffuser and maybe a 3d printer to make a base that snaps on
