    Here it is my lovelies, the Moist And Fudgy Chocolate Cake. Enjoy!
    Here's what you'll need:
    ENGLISH
    CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING:
    2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (300 grams each can)
    4 ounces unsweetened dark chocolate (113 grams)
    CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE:
    1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour (210g)
    1-3/4 cups sugar (350g)
    3/4 cup cocoa powder (60g)
    1-1/2 tsp baking soda (8g)
    1-1/2 tsp baking powder (8g)
    1 tsp salt (5g)
    1 cup milk (fresh milk or evap milk will do) (200g)
    1/2 cup oil (100g)
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla (5g)
    1 cup boiling hot water (200g) or (200ml)
    FRANCAIS
    Glaçage au fudge au chocolat:
    2 boîtes de lait concentré sucré (300 grammes chacune)
    4 onces de chocolat noir non sucré (113 grammes)
    Gateau moelleux au chocolat:
    1-3 / 4 tasses de farine tout usage (210g)
    1-3 / 4 tasses de sucre (350g)
    3/4 tasse de cacao en poudre (60g)
    1-1 / 2 c. À thé de bicarbonate de soude (8g)
    1/2 c. À thé de poudre à pâte (8g)
    1 c. À thé de sel (5g)
    1 tasse de lait (le lait frais ou le lait évaporé fera l'affaire) (200g)
    1/2 tasse d'huile (100g)
    2 gros œufs
    1 c. À thé de vanille (5g)

    My dearest lovelies, I read some comments that the frosting is too sweet. Hence, it is important that we use unsweetened dark baking chocolate in the frosting. The bitterness in dark chocolate will balance the sweetness of condensed milk. Happy baking y'all my lovelies. ;)

    @savor easy ... I made this cake for a birthday .... I was scared coz when I checked my cake after 35mins of baking it had liquid centre 😰 then I baked for more 22 minutes n the rest that I got was just scrumptious... I frosted the with dark chocolate ganache n some nutella in between..... tysm for such yummmy recipe😘😍

    This is the Hershey’s Chocolate recipe and for those who prefer a ganache. Use the sweetened chocolate with cream and leave in the frig for no more than 30 mins. It’s the right balance of sweetness. Two cans of sweetened condensed milk that’s a lot of sugar plus all that sugar in the cake. Thanks for the tip on putting in 2 9x13 pans, that saves a lot of fuss cutting into layers. Genius.

    Hey there! I love your videos. I just have 2 questions.
    1. What would the baking time be if I bake in a regular deep cake pan?
    2. The consistency of the frosting changed by the time you applied it on the second layer. It seemed more buttery on the top layers whereas for the first layer it was darker and thicker.

      Hi dear, if you replace the choco baking bar with cocoa and evap milk the result will be runny and not fudgy.
