then you have to pay to maintain a dam and a fish ladder. better to remove the blockage and have zero maintenance costs.

@@littlsuprstr Regular maintanence isnt a problem to save our river. The problem is the useless POS selectmen that did nothing to maintain the dam for over a decade. And, then threaten us Citizens with a 8 to 10 million repair bill because they did nothing. F the selectmen and we'll keep our dam, TY :)
