In Jamaica, we also boil the leaves in water. Then pour in a basin and bathe in the warm water, no soap then AIR DRY. This helps with skin condition example, chicken pox, sar-covid rash, insect bites, bed bugs bites, measles and mumes. It heals any skin condition.

About the Tamarind is a great source of goodness. I boil it , one boil is enough, then I put it in glass bottles and drink it like a cool drink. I sweeten with honey as sweet as you like.

I use 2 TBL tamarind concentrate (TAMICON brand) in 12 oz filtered water. I add a lime juice "ice cube" then consume. (I make lemon and lime ice cubes in my ice cube trays) I DO NOT know if what I do is right/wrong, stupid/smart. But this works for ME.

I simplest temarind water. That means 2 liters water nd about 50 grams temarind. Keep the jug for whole night nd next day drink that water. It gave me a lot of benefits described in this video. But more thsn all it killed my uric acid within 3 days. But don't drink it more thsn 4 days. Pauses r necessary. Plz
