- Hi Everyone!
Thanks to the polish distributor Audiotech I could finally do a quick soundcheck of the STVC from Waldorf. There`s no talking or singing, I just tried to pull out some sound capabilities from it. Everything was recorded track by track to Ableton. No EQ, compression or external FX, just a limiter on the whole material.

Great STVC demo. The biggest problem I find with it is it never sounds that wide, even with all the effects it lacks something. I wonder if that was intentional by waldorf to better emulate real string machines.
Nice........ is the STVC easy to work with Ableton or other DAW ? as in playing live and layering or recording with other DAW software etc.... thanks and great video..inspiring.
How are you making the sounds go along with your voice though? I know it's a vocoder, but your making sounds go with the rhythm of your voice? I have been looking for something that does this, but could never find anything?...SBN RESONATE
Yes, you can do some "strange" things with your mouth and the sound will react to it. One of the best thing is that my daughter has a different voice and it can alter the STVC sound. I sound completely different than her on the same patch. So you can do some beatboxing in to the mike and the STVC will follow that.

Abletont használok már egy pár éve (előtte Cubase). Fő hangszerem sajnos nincs, jönnek mennek és nyomkodom őket :) Az egyetlen állandó cucc egy Roland MV-8800 sampler. Jelenleg egy Roland UA-S10 és egy SSL 2+ van nálam.
Amennyiben kapok UDO Super 6-ot, szívesen. Sajnos nem mindenhez férek hozzá és egyre nehezebb egy videó erejéig hangszert kunyerálni (még úgy is, hogy egy videóért sem kérek pénzt...).
@@esersound1 Basszus..., azt hittem, ez csak Magyarországon van így... Ingyér tolod a reklámot. Klafa. Azt hittem, a lengyel cégek azért kevésbé szarevők. Az Abletont használhatóbbnak tartod a Logic-nál?
Sajnos ez a helyzet, de akik küldenek hangszert, valahogy mindig meghálálják :)
A Logicot sajnos nem ismerem. Az Ableton onnan jött, hogy két nap tesztelés után háromszor gyorsabban csinálom a dolgokat, mint a Cubase'ben és pár kivétellel megelégszek a beépített efektekkel is (a hangszerekkel kevésbé, de párat néha használok).
@@esersound1 Namost, az van, hogy akarok venni néhány hónapon belül egy Quantumot. Ha ajánlanál valami lengyel üzletet, akkor megveszem ott. Kell egy kis idő, mert a múlt héten nem tudtam kihagyni egy nagyon jó áron kínált Kronost (kizárólag a KApro hangkészletei miatt) és a feleségemnek most egy kicsit le kell nyugodnia...
Nie wiem czy da się wycisnąć coś więcej z tego sprzętu , chyba nawet producent jest zaskoczony , przepiękne ! , mnie osobiście irytuje ten instrument , brak filtra CutOff , znaczy sie niby jest ale tylko chyba w trybie mono dla jednego głosu?
Dzięki! Ja tam żadnego filtra nie widziałem XD Na prawdę, kręciłem tylko, żeby było jak jest i fakt, przydałby się choćby dolno/górnoprzepustowy, w prostej formie nawet. Nie zmienia to faktu, że się poważnie zastanawiam nad tym gratem. Na szczęście nie kosztuje tyle co Quantum ;)
@@esersound1 To w razie mój tygodniowy jest do sprzedania w dobrej cenie :) ... szukam czegoś z bardziej mglista barwa
