Good video! I would like to mention that configuring the IP Address on the Pri/Sec/Ter is only needed if the controllers are in different Mobility Groups.
Unfortunately, using a controller HA is not a great idea in a enterprise environment. If you upgrade the firmware(some code upgrades require newer firmware) both controller go offline for 45 mins until both controllers firmware is upgraded. In a non HA environment the APs fail-over to the secondary(although it takes a min or 2) but at least I don't have he entire facility offline for 45 mins.
