That's the reason why i love dual wielder followers. They don't waste time blocking and staring at the enemies, simply because they can't, and focus on actually killing them. Jenassa, my love
I think that the briarhearts are so strong because they don't fight like total idiots like most enemies do. If you watch closely, you'll notice that they have a distinct attack pattern. Double power attack to regular double attack, and they just keep repeating this loop. I don't know what they resort to when they run out of stamina, because I'm usually dead by then. On a side note, what the actual heck. How is your editing so good? I can't even begin to imagine how long it must've taken to get that perfect. I am truly grateful that you always put so much effort into your videos.
I have noticed that pattern too! I'm not sure if it's exclusive to Briarhearts or if other melee fighters do that, but I too think it's fairly rare. When out of stamina, they tend to swing their sword around, but same, I'm usually dead before that. 😂 Thank you very much! 😄 Yeah, it took me a long time to edit all that. I'm new to 3D editing so there was a lot to figure out, but I learned so much during the process. It was a fun journey, and knowing there are people who appreciate the content really motivated me. So thank you for such a nice comment, it's much appreciated!
The main thing about briarthearts is their hidden perks and the fact they have the dual wielding AI which is quite good at going in, they have dual wielding perks and a hidden perk that makes them do 75% extra damage which is extremely rare. The way that extra damage works is wonky and is not fully affected by your armor, which leads to them being able to kill the player quite effectively, they are also one of the best dead thrall for those reasons. Ralys from Dragonborn is one of three potential follower ( alongside Celann and Durak ) who has a 50% extra damage perk, but he is the only one dual wielding among them and that probably makes him the best follower in the entire game if he is properly geared up.
@@PH_777 Hmm, where is that 75% coming from? 🤔 I know Briarhearts have Extra Damage 2.5, and of course one-handed and armor perks, among a couple others. It multiplies their damage by 2.5. Also, it is possible to have them as dead thralls? 👀 I thought the level 51 versions can't be reanimated? Unless you mean the soul tear shout 😄
@@lSlendermaster Hey you are right, it's not 75% more damage, it is 150% More damage, it's even worse than i thought. Concerning the Dead Thrall, even with necromage it seems impossible to get them in vanilla skyrim so once again i'm mistaken, that being said i'm positive there is a Forsworn type you can revive without necromage who has this damage perk.
@@PH_777 Ahh, I see now! From what I know, the Forsworn Ravager archers have that damage perk, unlike the melee versions. I assume those can be revived, and those do a fair bit of damage 🤔
this channel is the perfect example of why I love magic and necromancy in skyrim. I love raising different NPCs I have slain and see how well each of them does with what gear and what spells (for mages). even with no mods it adds so much to my game.
I don't do much necromancy, but conjuration is my favorite kind of magic in Skyrim! I've spent a lot of time summoning creatures against opponents and seeing how well they do. 😂
The editing was absolutely insane. You reach new heights every time. Would you say this battle shows the power of armor? Is the briarheat significantly more tanky? I don't think the armor mattered much because briarhearts don't have the perks. (Oh wait just realised deathbrand armor grants 100 extra armor so it's definately significant) I think 130 armor is worth about 20% DMG resist But I think this battle shows the power of the absorption enchant definately! I think that's what made him so strong!
I am now curious to the editing effect where you were able to blend in different clothing so well. It is enjoyable to see the the highest level variant of the Forsworm who solely relies on his high DPS, be buffed up with efficient gear and taking down the classes of enemies that are just a little bit above him like Lurker Vindicator. It is however a bit over the top considering Karstaag is the strongest optional boss and Miraak is an extremely strong final boss. Such an easy attack patern for the Forsworm results in over the top victories.
For the parts where the Briarheart got equipped, I recorded several clips in the game, with and without the Deathbrand Armor, then I combined them in my video editor using simple transitions. I made sure to have exactly the same camera position and speed for the before/after clips, in order to make everything as seemless as possible. It's not perfect, but it looks pretty good to me. 😄 Yeah, the Briarheart is definitely overpowered here. He probably can't get much stronger than this with items that exist in vanilla Skyrim. It also shows just how ridiculous dual wielding is.
And then, a new legend was born. The heart braver than most, the Briarheart. Even the First Dragonborn was slain by his hand. Nocturnal's pride, wielder of the Deathbrand, Forsworn's purge. Undefeated, unstoppable, eternal
Not surprised to see Miraak and Revered dragon defeated, immensely good AI combined with amazing gear can only bring one result, shame you can't reanimate them because they have higher level than 50 xD
