- Greetings! It seems everyone loves dry squeezing ASMR, so I've compiled a new squeezing compendium for your viewing and listening pleasure. Containing 7 different types of sponge, with slow, sleep inducing squeezes on and off the mic, I hope it quenches your thirst for crunch and lulls you into crispy dream land :)
Sponges used in this video are:
- Blue & black George Foreman grill sponge with plastic scour
- 2x mulitcolour scrubbies eco scourers
- 2x blue & silver mesh ball sponges
- 2x blue & yellow foam scour sponges
- Large white plastic utility sponge
- Large steel wool
- Silver mesh & fabric sponge
Sponges are squeezed and scrunched around and directly on the mic in various patterns, with a little bit of twisting in places for extra crackle.

The return of some of my fave sponges, george foreman grill and the foam scourers, but i was pleasantly surprised by the scrubby scour pads! So relaxing!

I am not the biggest fan of squeezing since I’ve always loved the sound of scratching more, but the way you do it is so good!! You are the only person that does squeezing, rubbing or just tapping amazingly!!
