"Rakkamma Kaiya Thattu" is a Tamil song from the 1991 Indian film Thalapathi Directed By Mani Ratnam. The song was written by Vaali and composed by Ilaiyaraaja, with S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and Swarnalatha providing the vocals. It was picturised on Superstar Rajinikanth and Sonu Walia.

Remember meastro went to record this song with Bombay orchestra.. and the musicians were finding it so difficult to play it. After the recording, Maestro got a standing ovation from all the musicians..
