This camera can’t be set on 2 phones? I mean 2 phones can have the same camera on watch? Because I wanna be able to see my baby too because my bf already have it on his phone is tha possible for me to have it too?
I’ve tried 5 times, tried to reset the camera several times and I still unable to connect. Never heard camera said “dididi”. Everytime I reset, it’s asking to scan a QR code. Where can I find the QR code? The one in the manual isn’t working either.
I'm not sure what is wrong, I have 2 of these cameras and I cannot get any one of them to pair correctly. For some reason it cannot recognise the QR code. I have tried from all angles and distances with maximum brightness. Im pretty sure my reset buttons dont work either as no matter how long I hold them, nothing at all happens. This is really infuriating. Do you have any help

Hello,QR code will appear in the mobile app interface.After resetting, please follow the connection method at the beginning of the video.

Everything goes perfect then says pairing timed out, retried a dozen times, never pairs, any ideas on what to do?

@@joegreenwood1789 Nope, returned them immediately and purchased from a different brand which uses the exact same app/setup except it actually works

It may be that your wifi password has special characters or spaces, which makes it unrecognizable

i used it for a week. then it suddenly got offline. I restarted the camera but after the beep it doest move around. and it does not connect .
why does it say Im not connected to the internet when I am ? It has failed to connect for over n hour now.
If there is a offline, please press the reset button and follow the steps to reconnect to WIFI.
