I know i am going to get a lot of bad comments on what i am saying. But one thing i don't understand about retired bodybuilders and wrestlers and football players is. If they are retired from all that stuff then why keep going to the gym. And working out and running. If they don't compete anymore or play sports anymore. I mean if it was me and i retired from sports or bodybuilding. And was not competing in competition. I would stop working out and running. And just sit back and relax with the family. And enjoy life doing and eating and drinking whatever i wanted to eat and drink and do? No offense or anything else to Jay Cutler.
I recommend looking into 'sugar free', Jay. What they use to make it sweet is often worse for you than sugar. Draw a parallel with dairy alternatives (ie, margarine) which is made up of man-made ultra-processed oils which are are toxic long term for your heart. Sugar free products spike insulin more that natural sugar which increases diabetes risk.

Hi Jay, I love making protein pancakes with your Whey Powders, especially the Peanut Butter flavor. However, I never thought of putting Glutamine on top to replicate powdered sugar....Genius!
Nice work Jay. Kudos to Angie Love the balance. Just had gall bladder surgery and that forced me to dial down my training for 4 weeks because of the abdominal strain. Surprisingly, as 6 day a week intense trainer my body is actually benefiting from the forced de load. Now I have to sprinkle in one of those Sunday breakfasts! Thanks for sharing
Instead of glutamine use amino acid glycine. It has sweet taste and actually helps to control blood sugar. So it is great to add into sweet meals like oats, pancakes, cream of rice, protein shakes etc.. We need more glycine anyway to balance that excess of methionine from muscle meats, egg whites etc.. Most bodybuilders don't consume enough of collagen.. Ideally we should take hydrylyzed collagen + take good dose of glycine like 10g at least.. I really don't understand why nobody in bodybuilding industry is talking about glycine.. Everyone is taking glutamine, creatine, BCAA, EAA, but nobody is taking glycine. Yes we can make glycine, but that is not enough for balancing methionine and for collagen turnover in our body especially if you are huge bodybuilder who trains hard.. For big guy I would say he will need around 20g of glycine. Making bone broth or eating fatty gelatinous cuts of meats nobody does that so taking hydrolyzed collagen + glycine is the easiest way.. I take 15g of hydrolyzed collagen and 15g of glycine in 3 doses with carbs because like I said glycine can lower blood sugar so it is great to take with high carb meals..
Quite surprising that Jay knows so very little about health. When you have sugar-free syrup that means it's artificially sweetened, which is even worse than sugar. The hash browns are fried in seed oil. They are not homemade hash browns. There are many great health gurus on YT, Jay had better start learning if he wants to live a long life.
