He did an experiment once where he handed us an assignment without saying anything to see what we do. Everyone ended up doing the assignment and putting proper headers on the paper. By 15 minutes he got up from his desk and asked “so why did you guys do the assignment? I didn’t tell you guys to start. Who here started this paper by putting your name on it? But why and why a proper header?” He made us question the status quo and actually think for ourselves lol
