AMAZING EASY QUICK WAY COOKING EGGPLANT PIE

Eggplant pie - great recipe for weekend dinner or holidays.
Ingredients:
600 g of eggplant
1 large onion
200 g of feta cheese
a handful of basil
salt pepper to taste
vegetable oil
egg
500 g puff pastry
Bake at 356 °F (180 °C) for 30 minutes
Enjoy your meal!
