Thanks for your tutorials. Just started to draw gems and as for a beginner the videos are so simple and easy to follow. Just a question if i can use any spirit or paint thinner instead of mineral spirit?

Thank you. Mineral spirits is like paint thinner, or turpentine. just google it. You can find it just about anywhere.

Do you think you could do the deep London blue sapphire ? It's such a pretty jewel.
Can you use rubbing alcohol or baby oil in place of the mineral spirits?
