@@tosh_is_me942 believe it or not when you live in the state a band formed in its entirely possible to see the band live before releasing a record. RATM, Deftones, Dredg and Papa Roach are 4 bands I got to see before they broke out into the big time. So yes since 1991.

I finally realized how confused some people are the other day. I was sitting dead still, stuck in traffic on the Interstate in Denver. I hear the guy next to me in a Cadillac/ Town Car rocking out to RATM. I was like....."Ahhhh, traffic jam ain't so bad now." Then as we all moved a little he pulled further ahead of me. I look on the back bumper of his car and what do I see? A blue lines flag. Some people........I just sat there thinking, "SIGH!!! I want the 90s back!"

It's pretty incredible the levels of willful ignorance and cognitive dissonance that people spend so much energy to maintain; just so that they can enjoy the incredible works of very talented artists who don't just hold opposing fundamental beliefs but make politically charged/motivated works of art that openly decree an agenda or call to action. I mean, how dumb do you have to be to tell a band like RATM or a stand up comedian like Dave Chappelle to 'stick to entertainment' when their entire brand is their political stance.

The students can’t see it’s all lies because they’re not allowed to think a different way. Teachers will cancel their view through bad grades and label them as a problem or offensive. The students learn only what the teacher wants them to learn.
DirtyChemist- I heard someone ask, “What is the History teacher called in US schools?” “Coach.” His point was that sports teachers have to teach an academic, classroom based subject, and it’s usually History. So, no alt-history there, no criticism of American Exceptionalism.
