How to get DREADLORD SWORD in VANILLA MINECRAFT

for some reason it dosnt give dreadlord sword back after i use ability

Its probably because of one of these reasons:
-you play on a server whos host doesnt allow command block chains
-you have a plugin / mod that change how commands work
-you did something wrong (in this case just try again)
-you're playing on the wrong game version (you have to be on Java 1.16+ in a few cases)
