Just come across the KEXP performance. and this is the first time I've heard you so THANK YOU MICHAEL...for "LIFE IS BETTER WITH YOU" I lost my wife and sole mate last year to cancer. Our young kids and I only had 6 weeks with Lorraine. I only wish I had the chance to play her your song as it says everything that I was unable to tell her, as much as I wanted to, just couldn't find the words. My heart and mind is smashed to bits and struggle to keep it together for the kids. Your voice is so calming and music is inspirational. I hope your music will help me heal. RIP 3-1-66 / 11-1-14. Hope to see you in NEW ZEALAND one day soon.

It's very rare nowadays to find artists doing uplifting and happy music. Everybody's doing depressive music. I really enjoyed this performance! Keep up the good work KEXP! the guitarist was a little too happy though :)

because he used to be soooooooooooooo much better. Songs from the front porch, all rebel rockers, and everyone deserves music were such amazing albums
Douglas Brown Brown I couldn't agree with you more. Dude my favorite album of all time is "Stay Human" U miss the funky stuff and the occasional rap
+Matt Gregg All albums from "Home" to "Yell fire" were great. Even "All rebel rockers" which sounded different from his former albums is very good. I was so disappointed with 'The sound of sunshine" and "All people". It is "nice" music but it lacks depth and it doesn't make you think. Gone is the rebel Michael Franti. Though I have to admit that the songs of the last albums sound quite well live.
I miss everything before All Rebel Rockers. From All Rebel Rockers and after are disappointments.

Maaaannn y’all haven’t even heard the real Michael Franti and spearhead, if you want the og best Michael Franti listen to his first album called “Home” the first song on that album is a true hit. It’s totally underrated by so many. This isn’t the real the Michael Franti.

I hope your son is completely healed by now. If he or someone else is having problems give colloidal silver a try. Don't forget the power of one of my favorite weeds, dandilion.
