I really hope you guys find a way to redemption cause you do make good products. Keep apologizing and being transparent, keep putting out quality products, and I think you can get through it. I like the idea of an "entry level" type product for people new to water blocks and custom loops. It can be totally overwhelming at first for newbies. If there was a way to add liquid cooling one step as a time, hard to describe what Im thinking, but I think that would be really cool. Oh -- and start pre cutting/sizing your thermal pads for things like GPU blocks!!
@@NivalisJKKsee now you’re doing the thing you did in other threads. More claims without proof. Quit defending this company that couldn’t care less about you
@@JakaJese Other commenters that you argued with have said it best, so I'm not gonna get into it. What I will say is there's no reason for you to defend EK so hard. If they gave ANY acknowledgement to the mistakes they made they wouldn't be getting so much criticism.
I need that DFF in my life. In the past, draining, flushing, cleaning, and filling my custom loops have always been an exhausting and time-consuming process. I usually perform this process every 6 months, or whenever I upgrade a system component. The DFF system will save me a great deal of time and frustration. I am really excited to purchasing and utilizing the DFF to maintain my custom loops. Attila, when are pre-orders expected to become available?
It's a product intended for system integrators, not you and me. Looking at the product, and the way it's designed, I'd Imagine it to be priced way beyond what a regular customer would be willing to pay. €3000+?
I built my personal system with almost all EK quantum and it looks great but the compression soft tubing was a real bitch to do the first time with the clear and still a bitch to do with the black rubber tubing. I did a second system using the cheapest fitting I could find with EK clear tubing and it was SOOOO much easier. The latest system where I threw together all my spare parts I've accumulated I went with the cheapest clear thin wall tubing and 3/8" nipples combmined with automotiver spring clamps. Oh my god!! I did all the tubing in 15 minutes with zero leaks! It still looks good, you just rotate the clamps so the ends aren't visible through the window. So easy cutting the tubing with stout scissors and needle nose pliers to put the clamps in place. btw, the EK pressure tester is amazing! You pressure test each component before you start and then you test as you go as you build by leaving it onnected to the reservoir and capping the second port of each component as you connect the first port. My next though is really filling using vaccuum like they do in the automotive world.
Very nice until show the last machine, now I had to send my computer to ek for it? Or pay another person for maintenance ? O buy a spensive tool for it? This don’t make sense until I see a way to do all of this process by my self with not a heavy extra cost.
@@EKWBofficial Good to hear! Any updates on improved Quality Control? Or improving shipping delays for customers (people who waited weeks after ordering before products were even shipped)? There's plenty of people hoping for EK to turn things around and get back to respectability
Maintenance? I have an EPDM all-EK based loop with EK clear and it has been perfect for 2 years. Never had to fill it, it is still as full as it was on day one. EPDM is essential. The transparent plastic tubes are terrible. Still, the new products look nice. Edit: The DFF is awesome.

I want a dff but marketing makes it seem like its intended for commercial application and not consumers... i would pay sub 1000 but not 3000 for a commercial unit also i dont need giant liquid containers 2 gallon is enough for even my largest loops
The new products look amazing they really do…. However the Optics of you being at the show and not really sorting your problems out , well let’s just say it’s not aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Not enough money to pay employees and contractors but enough money for an extravagant booth at computex. Fix your issues and stop pretending everything is fine.

@@NivalisJKK You are fighting for your life in these comments. They made mistakes and they've taken no accountability while ignoring feedback. My point stands.
The ball pins can be removed so any fan can be installed. Using the ball pin snap on system, any can that has the standard open corner frame can also work. There will be some more radiators but not as crazy as the Quantum line has it. 🙂
