“Shock and overwhelm” 😂😂😂 when we are activated is so accurate🎯🎯🎯🎯. Didn’t realize this was a thing early in my journey (for the first 15 years!) when I was just “reading” and absorbing everything. This ish is no joke. Def. not for the faint of heart. Those integration periods are whew…😓😰. Sending love and light to any and everyone who has been propelled or is moving slowly on their journey. No easy feat, either way. God Bless. 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️

This would describe what has happened to me the day after Thanksgiving! Everyday for over a week I went thru a different experience. I would this one was different then anything experienced in the past probably because I'm more aware that I'm on a spiritual awakening, where I had no clue in the past. I can't even get my therapist etc to understand the healing journey so that he may be of assistance. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think there should be a shaman in every mental health facility 😊 I'm so excited about new earth!!

" I don't like reading, things on my phone, anymore "...I very much resonate with that Sarah. A book is a book is a book. No radiation, no interference. Just you, me and the tree. I hope we never see the end of books.

One significant book I've encountered is "The Law of One," which explores existence, consciousness, and interconnectedness, challenging traditional beliefs and promoting love, understanding, and personal growth. I also appreciate the first two volumes of "Voyagers" by Ashayana Deane, which delve into similar themes, including multidimensional existence and extraterrestrial influences on human history. Together, these texts encourage self-exploration and a deeper understanding of the universe, inspiring a more conscious and purposeful approach to life.

The Bhagavad Gita brought me immense joy with its profound insights into life, duty, and the self. Each verse resonated deeply, prompting reflection on my experiences and beliefs. Its poetic language captivated my imagination, making each reading a journey of discovery.
I appreciated how the Gita addressed complex themes like righteousness and spiritual wisdom, challenging me to examine my values and choices. The teachings on detachment and selfless action offered a refreshing perspective, encouraging me to find joy in my responsibilities while connecting to a higher purpose.
The Gita's timeless wisdom enriched my understanding of philosophy and inspired me to cultivate inner peace. Each reading revealed new layers of meaning, transforming it into a cherished companion on my journey of growth.

Joy was also discovered engaging with the writings of Alan Watts and Neville Goddard, two influential thinkers whose philosophies delve into the nature of reality, consciousness, and the human experience. Alan Watts, known for his ability to bridge Eastern philosophy with Western thought, often explored concepts such as the interconnectedness of all things, the illusion of the self, and the importance of living in the present moment. His eloquent prose and captivating lectures invite readers to question their perceptions of reality and to embrace the fluidity of existence.
On the other hand, Neville Goddard's teachings focus on the power of imagination and the role of consciousness in shaping one’s reality. He emphasized the idea that our thoughts and beliefs can manifest our desires, encouraging individuals to visualize their goals and embody the feelings associated with their fulfillment. Goddard's work inspires a deep sense of empowerment, urging people to recognize their innate ability to create their own experiences through the power of belief.

“Aaahhh, I love that smell.” Love it. I smell my books - used and new. It’s like I have to take in the reading experience from all of my senses. Speaking of old cigarette smoke… I have a wooden Budai statue from Okinawa that my grandparents had - both of which were heavy smokers. My grandpa smoked cherry tobacco in his pipe. … yes… I sniff the Budai.

I'm happy to say I have "Right Use Of Will" (1986 edition) and read this in the 1990s along with "Bringers Of The Dawn" and others by same authors. I pulled out Right Use of Will today after watching this, and will re-read with my now more expanded awareness. An important book, to me, that impacted me greatly early on in the mid 1980s was "Lazaris: The Sacred Journey - You And Your Higher Self" (great beginner book), and Manly P. Hall's works were amazing too. Thank you for your wisdom and sharing it freely. Many blessings.

"When there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire," are song lyrics by the Stars that have played over and over again in my head on my spiritual path, mainly because of the physical symptoms that I have experienced. I gotta get that book of poetry. My library has several titles by Yung Pueblo, so if you want to try before you buy or if books are not in your budget, definitely try your local library. Thank you for the list!

When I was 19 my vocal music instructor gave me a copy of Bringers of the Dawn and said I needed to read it. Growing up southern Baptist and Pentecostal I read the book and was so offended I threw it away back in 1999. Fast forward to today and I understand fully why that book was put on my path.

Nice to hear where you have gotten some of your inspiration and understandings from Sarah, thank you. I like the new category as well, it doesn't have to be ancient to be great. For the Dutch speaking people. About astral travel and related experiences. I like the guided 'transcedente reizen' of Marieke van Meijeren of the 'Bewustzijn School'. It helps me to - as she calls it - "built a connection with my soul". There are some free ones on YT. So it's not a book haha, but it came to my mind at the 'out of body experience' part of the video. Happy Christmas everyone! ❤

I thought they were "hauntings" and Monroe was writing about the kinds of experiences I had as a child and it all made sense finally.

Thoughts about books. Through my 20s I went from book to book and sometimes it felt like I was led to some books and at other times I'd read a book that would contradict something from another book or made me feel like I was being told what to think or do and I would get disillusioned. One thing I was trying to do was find out what were the true facts about our reality and the past ie history, religion, spirituality, life after death etc. The other thing was looking for spiritual tips whether it be techniques or wisdom. Over time I stopped buying books but I can still dip into certain books and it will re-charge me.

After my awakening my guides would always lead me to books. Because I was coming out of a deeply religious upbringing, the first thing they said was to read only that written in red in the Bible, which is basically only what God or Jesus spoke.
The next thing was the Song of Solomon. This began the Hieros Gamos within me and completely changed my life. It is just love poetry, but within the words is a dance with the Soul. This opened my heart eyes. Seeing with the heart is a game changer. Even today I can start a kundalini meditation with quotes from the Song of Solomon and my body will light up immediately.
I once had a book fly off the shelf at the bookstore and land in my hands. It was also on the sacred marriage.
The one book we have in common is Bringers of the Dawn. It was one of the first ‘non religious’ books I was led to.
Every awakening journey is unique and beautiful. Books, songs, movies, overheard conversations, the list is endless of the breadcrumbs the Universe will use to teach and guide us.

Since you mention Robert Monroe I can’t help but highlight here something that has big time hit the mainstream and was admittedly a bit of awakening for me, even though I was already there in terms of the material: The Telepathy Tapes podcast. I just finished binge listening to this (which is like Harry Potter but REAL) and am now convinced that the non-speakers are going to lead us to a revolution of consciousness that will trigger a domino effect leading to political and economic revolution 🌞🤝🌞🤝🌞 I would love for you to do an episode on this 🤞😇

Thank you so much.! I just found your channel.! 🙏 How do you feel about Rudolph Steiner? I’m going to love to read all of these books too. I agree, I do not want to focus on just 1 way or thought and I’m always looking for people like you to give me book references. 😊

It would be great if you would list these books out in the comments somewhere, I had a really hard time reading the covers with the proper name spellings and titles. Thank you.

Bringers of the Dawn and Family of Light changed my life forever 💯💯💯💯💯. - These books absolutely confirmed my entire existence and life and activated me in ways that I wasn’t entirely prepared for, but am eternally grateful for. They made everything else make sense & changed and propelled me out of this world…figuratively & literally. 🚀🚀😮‍💨😮‍💨🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾💙💙💙💙

Ugh, i tried ultimate journey earlier this year. The description of his blueprint of the astral layers was dense. I'll have to try again.

What do you think about cosmic trigger by Robert Anton Wilson? I give that to my friends who are “interested in this weird stuff I’m into” but not as weird as me.

Hey Sarah and all of you guys, my question is off the subject but this seems like a good place to ask (as it kind of is the subject :-)). I have had an experience recently when I went to bed and as I closed my eyes, firstly I have seen a geometrical object that felt so real that I could basically touch it and feel it. Than blue geometrical shapes started occuring in the dark space (sacred geometry type of shapes) and began fractaling, which also felt very real, but like beyond 3d, it's hard to explain the sensation as I have never experienced something like that before. I suppose taking a hallucinogenic drug could have a similar effect, but I haven't taken any, ever. And I was awake with my eyes closed.
Did someone had similar experience and what could cause that to happen? I do see shapes and colors when i close or rub my eyes but this was something completely different.
On topic, Sarah, how do you perceive Steiner's work?
