- The second battle with Bertrand is a mix of on rails and lots of chaos. Bertrand will chase you slowly around shooting large green balls that either home in on Cole or just aim in the general area. Either way, using Alpha Blast is a good way to push them back. Keep an eye on Bertrand seeing as how the helicopter can easily cover Bertrand and make it difficulty to see when he fires. Beyond that, the adds are far more numerous and annoying than the first time around. It's better to focus on his weak points while Quo and Nix fight the adds with the rebels.
This was played on Hard Mode with the Original Cole skin.
Am I the only one who sees Bertrand and his scheme as an erastatz of William Stryker from X-men and the Militia as basically a version of the Purifiers or the Friends of humanity?
Seriously, Infamous is one of my favorite games series because of its X-Men esque world after the first game....conduits get powers from radiation and a Gene and first generation conduits got it mostly from the Ray Sphere or its fallout energy, Mutants in x-men got their powers from a gene and a large explosion in their "Birth Rate" from the detonation of the atomic bombs...the similarities between conduits and mutants has always been there since the beginning.
The difference, you either play the magneto or the Xavier in Infamous games.
plus we haven't had any good x-men games since legends, so this is a nice substitute...sort of "Heroes: the video game" as one magazine reviewer said once.
I don't know how they will continue from second son, but one things for sure, one way or another the city location is going to be under some kind of lockdown...and hopefully a massive event like the Ray sphere going off will happen to cause it.
Kind of makes me wish Cole could have met the X-Men.
1:49 Cole is totally right. Just because someone is different doesn't mean they're evil. Plus, Betrand's a Conduit too. That old codger can justify his actions any way he likes, but this is the gospel truth: Bertrand is nothing but a self-loathing hypocrite.

wow. The Graphics is much better then Assassins Creed 3. How crazy is that??? Infamous 2 is an Openworld with HUGE Effects, sharp Textures brilliant Lignings and AC3 only had 3 Years and Graphically totally crap. Haha infamous 2 still owns
