2011 highlander new compressor expansion valve condenser charged correct level fans n compressor come on then turn off at idle. If above 1000rpm idle or moving compressor and fans stay on works great

@@drcoolautofix i found the culprit, if i fully open my low pressure coupling it flutter, but is i will just open halfway it won't flutter...
