Currently in this phase of life, as a first male child. It hasn't been easy, reality kicking in. Finished my NYSC around August. Stayed at home for two months. Left home for a job that pays less than 80k in this current economy. I work as a cashier, far off from what I studied. Though hoping that next year will be better. I feel motivated while watching this video and also reading the comments. I realized that majority of people are in this phase. It's really a tough one. I pray we all breakthrough... Amen 🙏

I felt like I’d found someone I could relate to so much, and who was also in a similar journey as I am as a creative (looking for a job, hunger to succeed in this Lagos and better standards for living for herself and her family). I felt encouraged by your video and said to myself “let’s do this together then”. Seeing your update months after, is mind blowing. The way I almost screamed “Glory to God” at the end of the video by past midnight eh, I don’t know how I controlled myself at the last second. I’ve learnt and I’m learning from your journey. I pray my breakthrough happens before the end of this year. I’m still hopeful there’s still time for things to work out for me this year. One encouragement I’m taking with me is “It’s right in those seasons when it seems so tough and nothing is changing, that the breakthrough is about to happen. You gotta push through with all you have, you gotta push even harder in those seasons, to get into a better phase”. I think about this labour room analogy. Thank you for sharing your story.
