Originally she was going to be John's girlfriend, a real girlfriend. Due to the writers' strike and the first season being shortened, they cut her out of everything and adjusted the script for the second season putting Riley to be John's "girlfriend", riley does not exist in the original script before the strike. Jesse would also be an enemy who would try to kill John to strike a blow and not just get him away from his mother. The second season was not at all what was originally thought, it was all adapted because of the strike, Weaver would be another villain trying to create Skynet, John Henry would not exist.
Even Skynet would be a better girlfriend than this poor silly queen of dumbness. If the script was that John bond with her so I would have to stop season 2. Cameron is the only one for John, imitation have to keep the distance
