Selecting Sunglasses for Eye Health

Hi, Thanks. My safety glasses seem to block about 40% only. I wonder if the US$ 10 to 12 dollar sunglasses (Iron Man/Tony Stark steampunk design for example) on AliExpress or Amazon will block 100% UV (UV400 spec)?

Maybe Maui Jim glasses are good, but that is if you have the 200-400 dollars to spend on something like this. I will stick with my 20-30 dollar sunglasses. At least they give me some protection without mortgaging my house to buy glasses. Also if my 20 dollar glasses break or get damaged, I just go buy another 20 dollar pair. Yes, I know Maui Jim has a 2 year warranty period, but why go through all that hassle and be without some glasses for a period of time.
