Yeah, but cascade and envoius are in the same column. So how can you have both active at the same time? Unless you mean that you fill it up with envious then swap to cascade once the mag is over filled. But if you disable envious will it put the mag back to standard capacity?
Lol right? Don't focus the pulse in the best pvp archetype that also has the highest base stats in that archetype by a landslide, and the best perks that can eventually be enhanced. Great tip Kackis.
The funny part is thay even tho it has a shitty recoil due to deterministic its still goated. If you run a tiny bit of stability 88recoil is extremely manageable. And I've heard 83 and 100 kinda fix it but i haven't had those numbers yet.

Again it isn't that the weapon is bad, it's that I, personally, do not enjoy them. I loved the strangers rifle in D1, it looks great in d2 even. But I'd rather have a good fusion in that slot.
Elsie's rifle is actually worth attuning, because it's basically No Time To Explain in a legendary version. That thing is very easy to use and can sometimes 2-tap.

When you fall down you got Shadow thrall that just keeps spawning over and over again. You can farm catalysts there and other objectives. That's what I used to do back in like season of the Dawn
1:30 fasted way to get the sniper is put on a sniper with Incandescent & go to the Loot Cave in the Grasp of Avarice right at the start & your get this done in about 6-10mins easy done.. move on next.. this process also works well with the other guns like Recluse, put on SMG with Incandescent & done in 7mins .. I had ALL 6 weapon Quests done in about an hour using this location.
Edge Transit was my heavy weapon for like 2 years straight back then, then it got sunseted and i stoped playing. Not because of that sunset, it just happened to be like that. Now i'm back, and Edge Transit is still my heavy weapon of choice! 😂💪🏻 like it was never even gone for me

I have gotten to level 50 on my character in my sons character who has no adept weapons whatsoever three times. It mostly Has to do with throwing the cores at the adu. So important. And I don’t have to rely on my teammates to do that and you can tell pretty quick how high you’re gonna get if they’re picking them up and throwing them. I think my point was they just didn’t make it impossible to do it. I’ve wiped many times many many times in different activities like this.
I got envious and bait and switch on edge transit already with spike grenades. So the falling guillotine it is until I get the roll(s) I want. Recluse is now just a better version of funnel web to me. I’ll get rolls for it when I want to attune it again
I have a Stryker's sure hand that has Assassin's blade and Surrounded with impact. When the Black armory's special radiance was in effect was more damage. It was my slayer. I still cry over that sunuset.
Ayo! Lead from Gold is the best perk for gm nightfalls. You can use Succession as a primary since there are abundance of heavy ammo generation methods. Not to mention It's the only sniper rifle that can one shot Kabal yellow bar mobs. Hell, back in palindrome weekends I've racked 8000+ Kabals on arms dealer and proving grounds, and that was years ago.
you can do the brave quests also in crota's end, just pick up the chalice to make the enemies spawn, then kill yourself(or get killed by the tralls) and finally kill the thralls. it counts towards the goals of the brave weapons.
Btw riskrunner with an arc grenade at your feet in shuro chi is the fastest way to do the SMG. No one is talking about it but it only took me 3-4 runs of shuro chi checkpoint to get recluse one done.
Just a tip recluse with enlightened action and desperate measures feels just like the old school recluse even more so then the curated roll since they nerfed both master of arms and feeding frenzy id highly recommend going for this or a frenzy roll over the currated roll
Ye, thats the point. Third column: envious, cascade Fourth: bait n switch Get envious to proc, get max ammo, switch the third column to cascade and profit. You got +10 shots on increased rate of fire and the damage from bait n switch.
So for those that do not know this grenade launcher has been disabled bungee, disabled it an hour ago, due to Cascade point I might be wrong about the first statement about them disabling the grenade launcher. I do know that they have disabled cascade point. I haven’t gotten the grenade launcher yet, so I wouldn’t know if it was the weapon or just the perk.
All of the weapons are worth it. Just which ones you want to get first. Legit get good rolls on all of them before final shape if you can. It’s going to help a lot. I got a bait and switch edge transit. It slapped the bosses in onslaught. Looking for a bait and switch one that also has cascade point. So I can just unload dps quick af. So many good rolls though. For ad clear is can get chain reaction and destabilizing. Or destabilizing and repulsor brace. All of these weapons have amazing perk combos. Not really any bad perks. Maybe a couple perks that are decent compared to the rest. But jeez I mean. These weapons are nuts.
i think elsie's feels like the best pve void weapon in slot, i know thats bold but it just does good from close or far allowing it to be a hard hitter at any distance. great with gyrfalcons
One thing I wonder about Succession: Discord and Recombination. Discord giving you that free ammo on a kill and Recombination boosting that first shot by I believe 100% on a full 10 stack (8 I think with enhanced) might be a nice combo for taking out single targets. Recombination helps you get that kill in that first shot to benefit from the ammo refund.

Elsie’s rifle is definitely solid it has under-over which if you didn’t know actually got reworked it now does extra damage to over shields and a little increase to normal shields and it melts everything yes it also works in PvP it’s about a 20% increase to over shields against players
For Hung Jury, the first roll I have with it's not half bad. Arrowhead brake and tactical mag with Kinetic Tremors and Desperate Measures? May not be the KT plus Explosive Payload roll, but I'd say it's still a nice scout rifle roll, regardless.
Imo, Repulsor Brace + Destabilizing rounds would be the better roll on Elsie's than rewind and whatever. You do AOE + Debuff + Given overshield worth 45HP for every debuffed kill. If VOID gets buffed next season or brought into rotation that would be the way to go.
Recluse took the longest even at shuro chi. I didn’t the sniper and gl at the same time at shuro chi. The first shiny non curated I got was the gl with field prep/ explosive light. If you have to trials gl with envious/ bait and switch I wouldn’t really stress over this gl.
i got the reclusive with destabilizing rounds + repulsive brace + ricochet rounds with range masterwork ..its insane and i got that from end rewards on the rounds ...its purely rng guys
I couldn't disagree more. The Recluse for me has felt absolutely terrible in PVP, especially when compared to all the greats smgs we've had recently. Like it's felt god awful. On the flip side, Elsies has felt incredible, consistently 3 tapping at short to medium range
I haven't played in a couple years, thinking of returning (my GOD is it expensive though), but I read something about weapons being artificially removed or "sunset". Are there any weapons that are immune to this? I don't want to invest in anything that can just disappear for no reason.
@@williameldridge9382 I really do think cascade point should've been put into the 3rd perk pool. This opens up more versatility for the gun instead of the standard rapid hit+insert damage perk here combo.
Got confused when you were talking about double perks on transit allowing for both envious and cascade point thinking that cascade was in the right column cause that's what you showed for the perk. Only to realize that you were showing it on swarm of the raven for some reason
I'm going to be focussing Hung Jury. I don't care if it's the fourth reissue, it's one of my most used weapons with Tremors/Shoot2Loot and I want the new combinations and to enhance it later. I'm waiting for someone to test the combination of Tremors/Explosive and praying for synergy. Love the suggestions though!
To be fair Rick is a PvE guy. If you play PvP I'd recommend looking up PVP players and take their knowledge for the guns. The only thing that's going to be timed is the shiny skins and double perks. Everything else is playable/farmable after Final Shape.
Fyi bungie has announced that cascade point is disabled for the very reason of swapping the perk with envious. They are actively finding a fix for that
Nah it was just that ppl found out if you swap off it and swap back to it after proccing it. It would be on for an infinite amount of time. Had nothing to do with envious.

For the sniper quest, I recommend going to Grasp of Avarice in the beginning for sniper kills. Much faster

I did shuro chi cp. One run was over 60%
Same I did the smg one there too
last wish takes 1 shot and it did the quest
I only had to ADS with out firing, and the quest was completed.

The thrallway in Shattered Throne was what I used for the Edge Transit and Falling Guillotine, but it doesn't work for anything else for some reason.
The shadow thrall in the Wisper mission is also a fast source to get kills.

Curated rolls can vary. These weapons will drop with golden border but have different perks.
For snipers, last wish checkpoint is good, equip 3 snipers, primary secondary and heavy. then just no scope barrel stuff thraws. was my fastest quest

Boxed breathing is pretty excellent in pvp. Especially when hard scooping down a lane.

We also have seen double damage perk sword rolls back in black armory. That sword could get assassin blade+surrounded
Go to the moon/alter of sorrow and complete quests it’s super easy.
Hung jury with rapid hit and one for all has been entertaining me with arc class. Recluse with feeding frenzy and desparate measures is fun in mobs.
Huckleberry and Grasp intro makes the Recluse quest super fast.

Marsillion-C already gets that roll (envious + cascade) and it's a rapid fire. One of my favorite weapons honestly.
Actuallly Boxed Breathing is great with correct build its can 2 tap any guardians.
Can’t really choose wrong if your choosing what you use most. My first choice was the succession. Then I am doing the gl.

There is a third way drop into prophecy dungeon and do first part before opening the door and u can do sniper as well
For the sniper one just use cloud strike the perk that it does work the strikes on precision hits count toward it
Just hit max rank with Shaxx, One bounty left to get Super Black. 90 gun rolls so far 8 with special ornament

Just got a masterworked recluse with dynamic sway/repulsor and target lock/des measures corkscrew and ricc rounds range mw
I just grabbed all of them at once and will passively knock them out while I do other bounties
Elsie’s rifle is a PvP monster if u don’t have a good messenger this is a great alternative leaving open ur primary slot for conditional 🫡🫡🫡

Got confused when you were talking about double perks on transit allowing for both envious and cascade point thinking that cascade was in the right column cause that's what you showed for the perk. Only to realize that you were showing it on swarm of the raven for some reason
Also, keep in mind that cascade points is currently disabled

I'm going to be focussing Hung Jury. I don't care if it's the fourth reissue, it's one of my most used weapons with Tremors/Shoot2Loot and I want the new combinations and to enhance it later. I'm waiting for someone to test the combination of Tremors/Explosive and praying for synergy. Love the suggestions though!
The pulse is absolutely a weapon you should attune. Best pulse in the game.
To be fair Rick is a PvE guy. If you play PvP I'd recommend looking up PVP players and take their knowledge for the guns. The only thing that's going to be timed is the shiny skins and double perks. Everything else is playable/farmable after Final Shape.

I got a glowing edge transit its left colum has chain reaction, cascade point the right colum had adrenaline junkie, full court.
Remember you have a lot of time and you gotta attune all of them anyway for superblack

Fyi bungie has announced that cascade point is disabled for the very reason of swapping the perk with envious. They are actively finding a fix for that
Nah it was just that ppl found out if you swap off it and swap back to it after proccing it. It would be on for an infinite amount of time. Had nothing to do with envious.
The best perk for a D2 gun is Destabilizing shots
Ive got faling guilotine with vorpal weapon and eager edge with both instrincts enchanced good for crota and other content for sure

Just get rpm rolls and your good the modes for the guns well take care of the rest. Not sure about the bows yet. Haven't figured that out.
