I actually forgot Oda introduced magic circles back at sabaody when kuma yeeted the crew all across the new world😅. But the fact Oda linked it to the summoning of a demon king has got me thinking that the five elders and Imu may actually be demons from hell that took over the world during the void century in order to obtain the power that the one piece world had at the time, such as their scientific knowledge along with the powers of characters such as joyboy. This might also give a reason as to why the world government doesn't have an abundance of the energy source of the mother flame (I can't remember if mother flame is the right translation, so please correct me if I'm wrong) because they were never apart of the one piece world before the void century. If the gorosei and Imu are demons then it's possible that Imu could be the demon lord that was trying to be summoned back at the sabaody arc. But it didn't work because the demon lord was already amongst them secretly ruling the world. It would also be a really nice parallel for the gods of the earth to truly be the demons of hell.

I think Jay is definitely gonna be a problem. This sets my expectations high for the other elders too. The bald guy with the sword (I forgot his name mb) is the one I have the highest hopes for. I think he has the Shodai Kitetsu, and I also believe it’s a black blade. Mihawk still slams him though, but that’s not the point. All the gorosei will be endgame characters, none of them should be weaker than a full power big mom (who actually uses haki and isn’t braindead). I hope I see a 1v1 between Jay and Sanji, at least a few blows and a sign of relativity. I want Sanji and Zoro to become high tiers soon too

Hi I'm a self proclaimed mythology expert (im a nerd) so ima put my thoughts on some stuff i noticed when i edit this
Sorry it took so long:
1.) The only rear admirals and above can view Saturn is because they have to have a certain power level or haki perhaps and it would tie back to a common godly theme across mythologies where the God's true form will kill any mortals (or lower power beings) who view it
2.) While the pentagram isn't always about demonic cults as modern movies make it out to be I do believe that it is meant to be demonic in this case making Sabo's line back in chapter 1080ish (I don't remember exactly) calling the residence of the Elders "Hell"
3.) The bull demon yokai has very little actual knowledge in Japanese folklore so Oda could basically pull things out his ass with this one
I do have more but plan on making it much more coherent at some point.

the pentacle symbol in Key of Solomon grimore says this symbol helps seeing whole future (gorosei sent cp0 to action to stop luffy at exact same time), helps in controlling nature, angel and devil (devil fruit, maybe? regular mc vs his own allies troupe or Saturn saying "nika" like he is talking to devil itself...stretching lol).
Well this symbol is also in other medium used as magical summing call nothing more.

In regards to strength, I really don't want the 5 elders to be all the way up there with the top tiers. By my calculations we're running out of Pirates who can stand up to the Gorosei, the God's knights, the admirals and Imu! There are only so many Yonko (plus Mihawk minus Buggy who's soloing Imu) Either the admirals are going to have to split off or the Gorosei/Gods knights are strong but just at say right hand, first commander level. They can't all be Admiral/Yonko level

We've seen the awakening of the gorosei, but not the admirals and because of that i can't put them above the admirlas in terms of power
thoughts for the chapter:
- Still really enjoy the possibility that the Gorosei aren't awakened zoans but instead an actual new race. At the very least, even if they are simply awakened zoans with opposite fruits to the God fruits (If the Model Nika is based on a God, maybe the Gorosei's models are based on Demons/Yokai and are equally powerful), I do enjoy the effects that seem to be outside the ordinary for DF's like the demon circle and being able to make people's heads pop if they aren't strong enough. More variety is always nice and I like the idea that some awakened Zoan fruits can produce effects similar to several other categories of DF's.
- Luffy vs Kizaru wound up being what I thought: Luffy is definitely more powerful overall but Kizaru is smart enough to try timing out Luffy in G5, with Kizaru even commenting that Luffy should be reaching his limit. Luffy even drops out not because of damage but because he simply ran out of time. Not quite a W for people who think admirals=yonkou in raw power but an absolute super W for people who have been arguing that the admirals in general have fantastic Battle IQ. In general, I think i like that more anyway as it highlights the Admirals' (and WG in general) specific strength being strategy and not purely raw power.
- Sanji potentially getting some good showings against Saturn really gonna shatter the mindset a lot of people have that Sanji is "SECOND COMMANDER LEVEL!" and I'm really looking forward to it.
- Gorosei in general looking very very hype. Saturn arguably has the best entrance in the entire series, literally showing up in a demonic summoning circle and blowing a dude's head off before he even fully manifests as the top tiers on Egghead look around sensing his horrific aura.

Even greenbull who’s definitely weaker than kizaru could tank a blow from yamatos club coated in conquerors haki off guard and just went “ouch”. That same Yamato could clash with kaido for a while without getting overpowered.
If kizaru is unconscious from just *one* hit he’s looking like the weakest admiral out of the 4(counting aokiji before he resigned)

I’ve been cooking a theory for a while that Robin is actually Imu and will betray the strawhats after learning some dark truth of the world. (Possibly why the Gorosei, Imu, Nika, and the cycles of reincarnation are in place)
I feel like her demon form in wano is a little taste of what we’re seeing in the upcoming chapters with Saturn’s lil spider demon form which can probably have a full zoan form like Kaido’s azure dragon.
