Thankyou so much for sharing this really informative yet interesting video ...had learnt so much in this...I am thinking to do a degree in nitrition after my A-levels and this video helped me soo much💕💕
Would you say there's a lot of job opportunities for a Nutritionist and Dietitians? I want to study it but everyone tells me there's not many job opportunities for this and don't want to go uni to study it and not be able to get a career in this industry.
Hii, im currently in my 4th year for nutrition and dietetics and I would say the job opportunities are endless! You could work in a hospital setting, in food companies like nestle/kellogs, in nursing homes, in schools, online and even as freelancer! so many options and the demand is super high nowadays. Nutrition is a new science and its up and coming! so much demand! Ask nutritionists in your area and I'm sure they will say the same!
@Rusitha Kumar Hello, yes you can work in hospitals just with your bachelors degree since its also dietetics! only nutrition is not enough for hospitals.
Hey! So there are loads of different routes you can go down if you only study Nutrition (as covered by one fantastic reply below). I think the one thing that attracts people to go down the Dietetics route is that we can work in more clinical settings, such as hospitals, and this sometimes means that there are more jobs as there is greater demand for us within the NHS. For this reason I have just started an MSc in Dietetics :) Jobs for Nutritionists can also be very competitive so I suggest if you're studying already to get some work experience behind you to get ahead of others!
@@thedietitiandiaries hey hi, came through your video today, my only qstn is, my bachelor's subjects are botony, zoology and chemistry. I'm i eligible to persue msc nutrition?? Plz reply
hello, dear hope you're doing okay. I am currently doing a BSc in nutrition and I want to apply for MSc in about 2 years. I wanted to ask you that for becoming a dietician in the UK , what courses are required and can someone with a nutrition MSc become a dietician? thank you so much and have a lovely day:)
Hello ! I am thinking of studying nutrition / dietetics in uk and was wondering which universities are established/ good for bachelors of nutrition and masters of dietetics ? And maybe if you could let me know where you are doing your masters would be great too ! ☺️
I am completing a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in Italy and my goal is to become a nutritionist biologist. Only my dream would be to become a nutritionist in England, but I read that maybe in England it’s better to become a dietitian than a nutritionist. Can you give me some advice? In England could I take a master’s degree in nutrition or diets coming from a three-year program in biological sciences?
Hello can you suggest me some course as I'm looking forward to study into nutrition and diet related but my 10+2 education was into commerce background only so please can you just suggest me something, I've already dropped out of my b.com graduation but now finding it difficult to get suitable course. My 10+2 percentage was 85% but it was in commerce stream, please ma'am help me I'm really getting demotivated now 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Thank you so much for your helpful video, I was looking for a university near yorshire dales. Please if it's not too personal, how much is the full tuition to study dietitian? Could you pay it monthly? Thank you so much 🙏
I am currently pursuing my Msc Clinical Nutrition from University of Nottingham. After my under-grad, i had one year gap due to certain circumstances. After which i had no option but opt for Nutrition course. I am interested in the Dietitics field. Hence, my question to you is, After my msc in clinical nutrition, can i pursue pg diploma in dietetics? Will i be eligible to give the RD exam? Eager to hear from you. Thank you.
Hello, I’m second year human nutrition & dietetics student and yeah! We’re studying chemistry now and there are a lot of subjects related to chemistry, like food chemistry, biochemistry etc..
Mam can any international student apply for NHS LSF? I want to take admission in Masters in Dietitics in Kings College London, please grant me a way how can I apply for this scholarship?
Well in regular nutrition you help people who are overweight, athletes, little kids. When it comes to clinical nutrition or dietetics these degrees focus on people with actual health problems like people who suffer from obesity, anorexia, bulimia, diabetes type 1 and 2, thyroids, people with injuries, you usually work in hospitals, while when you become a nutritionist you can open your own dietery office.
Thank you so much for your tips sista
I do look forward for more videoes+!
And im a 1 year nutritional student
