I feel it’s a bit ironic that the reason the companies are going to affiliate pay is because they do all of their business through social media and it’s cheaper to pay affiliates than pay commissions.
Yeah, I think they are realizing that they have a high price point for all the commissions for all the levels of the pyramid.. and if they cut out a ton of that they can save a lot of money and just pay for their own marketing. Things were different in the days of Mary Kay or Tupperware and having parties was a different form of marketing for these companies then what they could just do themselves.

Those people will not make a lot of money but they will make some from selling the products, and probably more than they ever made in the MLM, without having to spend it all to make their minimum purchase requirements, website fees, etc. I can't wait to see all MLMs crumble!
Not for nothing, but I was a BODi partner and my main takeaways are the following. Anyone who signs your check besides you, you’re at that person’s mercy. In other words, you did not have a business. You are a contractor, subject to whatever rules, regulations, terms, or conditions that the person signing the check puts in front of you. That being said, it surprises me that any of the top partners is complaining that 95% of their income is being taken away by this change. I would think that over the years they would develop a certain business acumen that secured several streams of income. I am also surprised that they didn’t develop an email list for the customers and that they’re so concerned that their customers ‘would go away“ and that neglected to build in certain business basic systems that reflected what they built over a decade. I am not happy in any type of job that requires duplicity or misrepresentation or convincing people to spend money unnecessarily or smarmy/fake cheerfulness. Inside Customer Service is one thing, outside sales is a different beast. It’s very valid to dislike sales work.
I bet bodi did the math on how many people who like the BeachBody brand are turned off by the MLM side and would buy otherwise...so they save money on commissions and get lapsed customers back. Win win.
A. Looks like a bunch of them probably need to stop saying that network marketing (aka mlm) and affiliate marketing are the same thing. Otherwise, why would ya'll be fleeing with the switch to the affiliate model, eh hun? 😂 B. Beachbody was just starting to get big and really well known with both P90X and Insanity all over commercials- even I used to do it with my friends as a teenager- right before they became an MLM. I think finally and at last they're definitely seeing that they made the wrong choice big time by choosing that business model. Imagine how huge the company would probably be if they'd gone with actually training coaches and opening gyms? There would be likely be BODI brand gyms all over the place. Instead they're a failing company that suffers from a terrible brand image due to anti-mlm being so successful, and now they're having to try to scrape themselves up off the ground with the help of affiliates. 🤦
C. Also, my eyes definitely got wide when that one rep said that she was fortunate her husband _had stayed working the whole time_ meaning she didn't retire her husband like they all say they want to, meaning they have a safe additional income stream to insulate them from the effects of situations such as the mlm closing down. Think of all the other huns at the top of the company with her who _did_ "retire" their husbands. They're certainly among the ones who are immediately making these leaps over to other mlms so they can keep making money and not have to worry about suddenly being without a paycheck. Meanwhile this hun whose husband still works a real job is talking about how she wants to wait and think and pray so she can make sure she's doing the right thing. Hmm... I wonder what gives her the privilege to be able to do that!? 🤦

I love how “their” company has the best quality products that change lives and they would recommend them even if they weren’t paid… but then the structure changes (not the products) and all of a sudden another company has the highest quality products and they switch. Hint: you can do the Weightloss and health things without these companies.
I feel like the top earners understand what mlms really are - but they can’t say it out loud - I feel like you have to at least be intelligent to reach those levels - they are in a way preying on the lower ranks to trust the lie - to be successful you must understand the lie right ? I guess if you pack away millions while the mlm is working your good at gambling and perhaps lying or hustling - not for me (: I’ve known so many people who spent money on these type of companies - I do not participate

It's interesting that that one woman is still dumping on anti-MLM content creators, meanwhile EVERYTHING you guys have predicted has come true, and that's what she's talking about. We're also hearing so many of them saying "I always knew it wasn't MY business" after years of telling their downline they need to "grow your business". 🙄
It's not really their business if a CEO is saying the model is unsustainable and has to end. They will go to another MLM and bring their downline along... Turns out the whole thing of it being like network marketing is not at all true!
and no one say they have to stop talking to each other! Also, know you have to really work for your own commissions, not exploit and scam others below you for your income.
The irony of these distributors is half of them aren’t crying cos they’re not going to get to help THEIR ‘CLIENTS’ its because they can’t make money from them!! I’ve spoken to a few of them and asked why don’t they go get qualified to coach properly and they’re all saying they gonna do something else, this shows the tears are cos they’ve lost money!!! Also trying to go to be MLMs wild!
Laire Lightner did that when one company would try and disrupt her $$$ and find someone else. I think when i was in NM I saw it happen 3 times. Now I think she has her own company that she can run how she wants.
I imagine the nurse did or does make a lot of money in mlms based on her personality - mlms are just so predatory to make a real income - the benefits 401k - Pto - health insurance etc I get from corporate America is huge for me and I just don’t have the personality to prey on people which is the talent you need to be successful in mlms - the nurse made me feel so stressed out lol -
The crazy part to me is they keep saying "it's about helping people" and "it's about the workouts and feeling better" and it's not about the downline and the money and the team building- and then something like this inevitably happens and they either cry about or jump ship. But... I thought it was about the community and the workouts??
I wish these people would just be honest. Just replace "team" with "victims", "coach" with "thief", "company" with "scam", "networking" with "tricking"
It's gonna be ok, it's gonna be totally OK (voice cracks). Why do they think they can fool anyone? They have nvr had a consistent paycheck and they have no idea what their new checks will be like.
I wonder if that lady was referring to Eva M? Either way, clearly whomever got under her skin, ha ha. “Corporate America?” Bodi is a corporation and it’s in America. The call is coming from within the house.
My guess is a lot of the top earners spent a lot to be flashy and flex how much money they make. I hope I am wrong. I worked in the Title industry when the housing market crashed in 2008. So many of the real estate agents I knew spent almost every damn cent they made. Cars trips boats etc. I would be scared too if this is how I behaved.
The Monat rep telling people not to let someone from another country decide how much money you make… it’s giving racism. To me it sounds like she’s talking about working for big, international companies where the owners are based elsewhere.
14:03 This is SO shady - everyone would have to sign up in a certain order , starting with her, on down, in order to make her little fantasy happen. Get out!
Unfortunately I have adhd and take pauses/ forget what I’m saying mid sentence a lot. I also cut out any “ums”, deep breaths that can be heard on the mic etc because I think they sounds worse than just cutting them out!

I didn’t find the one coach (or any of them actually) to be good speakers or very convincing. It actually made me want to run the other way.
Chalene Johnson had an excellent take. I do love Beach Body. I’ve been doing their programs some Slim in Six in 2005. I love all their programs. I’m excited it’s changing. I’ve been at the wayyyyy bottom of the BB MLM.

I was in Christine Dwyers downline. I have seen exactly how she’s moving her team and which one. She is going to Shaklee and FASTer Way To Fatloss
She is also being paid a bonus for bringing her team…
Her doing some more grooming?
Nice coffee, some video games, and a new kyla video ❤
The irony of these distributors is half of them aren’t crying cos they’re not going to get to help THEIR ‘CLIENTS’ its because they can’t make money from them!! I’ve spoken to a few of them and asked why don’t they go get qualified to coach properly and they’re all saying they gonna do something else, this shows the tears are cos they’ve lost money!!! Also trying to go to be MLMs wild!
It's called a database called Access. Should've used it.
This would affect the higher ups more since they rarely do any selling anymore.
I wish these people would just be honest. Just replace "team" with "victims", "coach" with "thief", "company" with "scam", "networking" with "tricking"
Sure now suddenly they've been unhappy for years...
do you get to pick the ads that get played during your videos because some of them seem like they would be biz models you would talk about.
“We” have announced 😂
I think these tops earners are good at selling dreams and not products, hence why they're upset
Also, these girls make 500K to $1M a year in this business… not $100K. They are their family’s income! This was a huge blow!
Why would you move to another mlm under someone else after this fell apart? 🤔
11:10 I think it's so off-putting when people swear this much, but ESPECIALLY when this person is supposed to be some sort of business leader.
But, but this is their own businesss!! They are CEOs!!! 😅
14:03 This is SO shady - everyone would have to sign up in a certain order , starting with her, on down, in order to make her little fantasy happen. Get out!
If you're going to pay for workouts, Peloton is great.
She already joined shaklee, another mlm 🤣
She knows she could build it up again but why do that with an mlm. And if she knew it could be ripped away ar anytime why be shocked.
Holy cuts Batman...
Unfortunately I have adhd and take pauses/ forget what I’m saying mid sentence a lot. I also cut out any “ums”, deep breaths that can be heard on the mic etc because I think they sounds worse than just cutting them out!
Oh my goodness! All of these coaches to be sooo cringe, unauthentic & superficial!
I have to say, I disagree..I don’t know why, but O was thinking just the opposite. I didn’t find the one coach (or any of them actually) to be good speakers or very convincing. It actually made me want to run the other way.
How will she paid for her plastic surgeries now ?
Chalene Johnson had an excellent take. I do love Beach Body. I’ve been doing their programs some Slim in Six in 2005. I love all their programs. I’m excited it’s changing. I’ve been at the wayyyyy bottom of the BB MLM.
People dont the money for that. Shakeology is over a $100 dollars.
Making money off preying on others ....wonder why people talk badly about it hmmm such a thinker lol
Moore Mary Johnson Shirley Hall Timothy
Many of the top reps are already heading over to other MLMs. There's one though that has gone full scorched earth on the company, and she isn't holding back about how she actually was not happy at all in Beachbody.
Which rep is this?
@@lesleydiaz2115 Krystal Karmatz
But they are all business owners 😂 I have my own business and no one can come and just change how my business operates 🤣🙃🤡
