Rapi might be a SR character in game, but in our hearts we all know she’s an SSR.
And as you, we all know that's absolutely true.
well it turned out to be the first ever nikke in history, red hood SSR. for now just waiting to be reveal in future episode.

Actually if you can find em this was cut off voice lines from the game, reason they're cut off is due to storage issues and main release was meant to be in either Japanese or Korean, of anything this is going to the main page and finding those voice lines

very expensive and would take a long time, many characters that need voices and it is possible that some of these are no longer in the industry for x or y reason
Even so, if I would like that to be the case, the truth is I was a little disappointed when it wasn't that way.
When the shop owner denied service to the Commander and Rapi, I’d de escalate the situation by saying “oh no, it’s just a gift for myself after a hard day of work”.

Owner probably would have still denied it given how it's implied other commanders have done this before.
How about saying, "Nah it's just for my friend who's a commander. She's having a hard time lately, so I just wanted to relieve her for a bit with some gifts".
In a certain sense it is more because the commander did not tolerate the offense towards Rapi.
It's like if you had a friend from some minority and they told you that they don't sell things for that particular minority to which they then proceed to criticize you for the simple fact of being a friend of your friend.
Could the confrontation have been written better? Yeah
but the general idea of this does not change

as your average Rapi enjoyer, I would like to confirm this.
so the lore about the commanders, nikkes and the society within the ark that we learn from rapi is:
1.1 operation reports must be writen in a way that depics the commander in a heroic light or they won't be accepted
2.1 Most commanders are actually struggling economically, to the point where they beg other commanders for funds
2.2 the image of a commander that the common civilian has in their mind is a complete fabrication born from propagada, in reality commanders are undertrained during their period in the academy, which doesn't even last a whole year. Instead of receiving proper training they are force fed propaganda that convinces them that nikkes are merely tools and that they(commanders) are elite, special, heroes, which they believe until they go in their first mission and then reality hits
2.3 despite being revered as heroes, commanders have a staggering mortality rate
2.4 commanders basically work on comission, meaning that sometimes the payment doesn't even cover the cost of the mission
2.5 even with all that, commanders still strive to maintain their image as heroes in front of the civilians
2.6 thanks to all the propaganda, competition to join the military academy is fierce
2.7 commanders are getting their bank accounts hacked
3.1 there are nikkephobes; people who discriminate against nikkes
3.2 we are not the first commander to show affection or care towards nikkes
4.1 nikkes don't actually need to breathe, eat or drink, they only do so to feel "Human"
4.2 (implied) a nikke's brain is not arrtificially made (explained later on the game's story)
4.3 the difference that exist between a human body and a nikke's can cause the nikke to feel something akin to body dysphoria, which can lead to a mental breakdown
4.4 originally nikkes had green blood, and equipment(guns, boosters, etc) directly integrated into their bodies, this was changed to a fully human body plan with red blood to avoid the previous point
4.5 too much stress from the cognitive disonance can cause a personality change or insanity, nikkes that have become like this are reffered to as "irregulars", this can, in theory, be fixed with what basically amounts to a factory reset, but the succes rate is very low
4.6 the central goverment places hight importance on nikkes' mental health, to avoid irregulars as they can be very dangerous

Nikkes in the story will bring up to you that x has high attrition rates and or ineffectiveness or commanders, I kind of role my eyes and I wish the commander told them, yea no shit
(But this gets into a huge problem as would the commander know at the times?) when did the Rapi Bond episodes happen in the story? Much less events happen?

It is possible that it happened during the period in which counter's was being installed in the outpost
since the commander had not delivered any report and the lack of basic supplies
(This may be because they only had what they could carry with them, remember that they had rooms)
Out of all the Bond Stories, Rapi's definitely feels like the first one as she explains a lot of lore about Commanders & Nikkes as well as how the ark regards them, but also I think this is where Rapi start have feelings for the current Commander and maybe vice versa.

This is easily one of the best bond stories in the game.
Humans, stripped of their sense of self, are just collections of atoms moving around. It's that sense, the ability to hope, dream, despair, to feel good and bad things in equal measure, that makes humans into something more. If you share these things, you are very much alive, and although not technically a human or an animal, nikkes still embody the same humanity that makes us more than mere beasts.
In fact, their manufactured bodies serves them far better than their organic ones ever could. I think most humans are just jealous, and that they know the answer at their heart - those that are in every way a superior life form risk their lives to defend you, and yet, made to be subservient. It's quite grotesque when you think about it. and that Rapi sees it all as normal just goes to show how much she have had to deal with.
To be honest, this is the only one I really like, well this one and Anis's.
the others are more, "yes haha funny situation" or "ohhh spicy situation" or even lore from the past which is not bad but I like it better the way that this and Anis's help us understand the immediate lore
and it solves the most basic questions for us, why make a robot with a human brain? Because it is more effective that way, why make them human-like? So that they don't go crazy, what are commanders and why are they important?

Can I just say I'm Soo happy this game has gotten this popular over time, I been playing sense release and I got giddy when I saw this fan dubbed it makes me happy knowing people are loving this game.
I thought they finally added voice lines to the bond stories until I saw "Fandub," nonetheless this is amazing!!

I imagine it would only be that part of the city but it is curious to say the least that a handful of stores decide to behave like this
Yep. Managed by Nikkes, oriented to service humans only. And said managing nikkes, are very poorly paid, if even paid. Only a few of these business (Dolla's and Yan's, trading companies, Maid Cafe in the Ark or most of establishments in the Outpost) give service to nikkes, not discriminating.
Imagine discriminating against the people that are guaranteeing ur survival. I swear there's no end to the brain rot these people have
