Hi M&T , I recently watched your video about how you did after the hurricane and i have a question concerning the flood zones. You spoke about having interest in some lots in Waters Edge and deciding against it because of flood zone concerns. How did you determine that those lots were going to be an issue? We recently got picked for a designer home lot on a pond in Wellpoint and are now a little concerned. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
The best person to ask is your Villages Sale Agent. The three things that we always ask our Villages Agent on any home or empty lot is: 1. What’s the Price? 2. What’s the Bond? 3. Does it require Flood Insurance (is it in a Flood Zone)? You can also Google FEMA Flood Zone Map? Good luck!
