Eddie George was known for his tough, smashmouth running style during his playing days. He stood 6 foot 3 and 240 pounds who only played 9 seasons with Tennessee Oilers/Titans and Dallas Cowboys. The Titans retired his number along with the late Steve McNair on the same day. He currently head coach at Tennessee State University. Salute to #27 Eddie George!!!
As far as just football goes he is easily a hall of fame guy. He won’t be put in and that is sad but I understand he just doesn’t have the stats. The sad thing is if he played behind the line Emmitt smith did Eddie would hold the all time record. If he played on those patriot teams they would have more than 6 super bowls. Sucks that the measure of these men is not what they did alone but what their teams did for them as well. He is hall of fame material period.
10,000 yard with the sorry ass Titans should be first ballot worthy. Dude carried the ball 300 times like 7 years in a row. He should be a lock for the Hall of Fame

Thank you, I'm trying to make him in Madden 25. The things you said helped very much. Thank you.
He was the best bad weather RB I've seen during his area, I don't know why but he was.
Eddie George his jersey was my first football jersey I ever got 🔥 LEGEND 💯
I still got mine packed away folded neatly
Class act , hard working and an ultimate competitor.
One of my favorite players to play the game
I had fun watching him play, I would say that he was one of the toughest rb's to bring down in NFL history.
Still one of my favorite rbs all time
I live/grew up in Chicago but definitely one of my favorites to watch, truly a straight beast and all-time great,
@@TheVoiceOfReason34 he used to give my Steelers hell
I think Eddie was the qst RB to have 1000 yards rushing his 1st 10 straight seasons... He definitely is one of my favorite RBs ever .
I truly loved his playing smash mouth football much respect
Should have called him “end zone Eddie”.
His balance and run after the hit was ridiculous 🔥
Yes for such a big guy man it was amazing to watch
99 breaking tackles in madden back in the day
The FULL BACK WAS ABOUT THAT LIFE
Lorenzo Neal, he later blocked for Ladanian Tomlinson with the Chargers
My favorite buckeye Rb

Eddie needs to give Henry another phone call because he is running like he did before the phone call.
Them oilers jerseys was head of there time
"Theres no way in the world..." WOW!
I think if the Titans had more of a balance attack they would have won at least 1 superbowl but a lot of dependence of him kinda shorten his career
Oh big facts

❤fumbled two times inside the two yardline
Rbs shouldn't count against the cap, that way they can just pay these warriors what they deserve and stop treating them like milk men
GO BUCKS!
I’m glad somebody remember Eddie as a ravens fan I hated this man as a kid😂😂🚫🧢
Facts 😭💯
Henry don’t run like this
Watching this in Syracuse… lol
Tuff as nails
Eddie will never get in the HOF just caused he lack the efficiency but he was the poster RB of the late 90s just a smash mouth kind of guy
100% agree with this.
Yea, and other teams knew they were gonna pound him the ball. Mcnair (rip) and tbe wrs were aiiigjt but not elite
