    This is the meditation with which, for the first time I managed to meditate. I hope it helps you too.
    Meditation is the fastest and safest way to reach our inner self. That is why it is advisable that you take some time every day to practice it.
    Next I will guide you so that you can do it by yourself and, in addition, I will tell you about the different scenarios that you will find in your evolution along its practice.

    TRANSCRIPTION OF THE MEDITATION:
    Sit comfortably, preferably with your legs crossed in lotus flower and in a place where you are comfortable.
    Put your back straight, close your eyes. And begin to focus on your breathing.
    Please do not alter your natural breathing, let it flow without lengthening or shortening it... just let it be.
    Notice how the air is coming in through the nostrils. Observe now how your body pauses after inhalation, to finally expel the air that came in, and then pauses again before continuing with a new breath.

    In this Vipassana practice, try to keep the focus on your natural breathing for as long as possible.

    When you get distracted, nothing happens, it doesn't matter, don't get angry, just realize it and go back to focusing on your breath.

    Don't worry, with practice, your mind will become silent. That's why it's important to keep practicing over time.

    When the mind leaves room for the sensations of the body, that is where your inner journey will begin. It is where the learning of Vipassana will really begin.

    With practice you will understand how the sensations of the body are linked to the emotions. You will see your emotions appear and disappear within you... and so you will discover that nothing is permanent.

    This is a practice that helps you to go deeper into your inner self. So, keep practicing it whenever you can, because it will benefit you a lot.
