Mine is doing this Day 1. I'm going to return it. Not paying this kind of money for something with QC like this. If it's broken day 1 - how long can I really expect it to last? Additionally, the sales guy, while he said all the right things - neglected to mention how the milk system must be cleaned, not rinsed, but cleaned using a kit and process every day. What a pain in the ass - I could be to Starbucks and back in that amount of time alone.
Hey. Machine is really good! Cleaning at the end of the day is simple process. takes 1 min. You get used to it. About this thing, in my case inside hose (in the machine) was pulled out from the pressure. They opened it and fixed. Try rinsing in water this and see if maybe there is hard milk if you forgot to clean. I repeat machine is really good so just get them to fix this, it happens. I was mad at first but i said fuck it.
@@siiNke Not likely dried milk - this was the second drink we made on the first day that we hooked it up...which was yesterday. I wish it only took a minute..maybe would be better once I have a routine but need to find the little cup, fit it, drop in little milk cleaner tab, turn on, let it heat up, menu over to clean milk system, then it starts a 4 minute process. Then have to clean and store the cleaning rig again. I'm probably more irritated that this wasn't mentioned more than anything. Talked to someone on the phone today - she said she doesn't actually do the clean every day, more like once a week - she just does the rinse every day. We will see - not off to a good start, though.
Did everything, bought replacement parts as well. Its on warranty repair. Nothing could be done. Shipping company broke my water tank so now waiting for that part.. fml

Check plastic endings on milk hose. Tiny cracks caused such problem in my E8 EB.
