also Max is right about cardboard not being as sustainable as it is often made out to be... while it's true that cardboard degrades much quicker than plastics, when looking at the whole life-cycle assessment, the production of cardboard actually uses much more resources (especially energy & water input) than most plastics. The same is true when it comes to recycling it... so, yeah sorry Laurence but it seems no real thought went into the "sustainability" claim there 😂

When politicians resort to insulting people's looks, you know that they have nothing of worth to say and don't deserve to have a political career. Politicians are supposed to look out for their subordinates, as to why they're voted for, not insult them. The video of him insulting you only made him look bad

One thing I could conclude from this series is that there are so much people who don't even care about who their mayor is BUT the system still works. So the output of polititians' work inevitably tends to impact life of ordinary people only in a good way, as opposed to how it is established in our country which is sad.

Also, i lost 5 of my closest friends and all my older relatives because of politics. They think that it is fair to beat and shoot peaceful protestors. My own mom told me that if i was at demonstration against Putin and policemen beat me i deverved it.

I genuinely think you running for this did a lot of good. I don't usually pay attention to the London Elections but I ended up watching a lot of the debates and other content as I followed this. You did good, Max!
Because a lot of the things which cannot be said in most mainstream media, is overspilled into foreign countries' medias, in a great big "spill your guts" issue, that is why... This is how things work politically across the UK in general.. With the different papers as well.... So yes, being a good editor is also important as well too. Some info can be known to the constituent, and yet some cannot be so ? So.... I don't really read the papers any more, but I read the reports and the analysis from the universities. Like LSEs reports... those ones are far more accurate, and focused on the balances, and why.. but you have to be a good general all rounder to get what IS going on. I find it so suffering to really live in the UK.. not knowing what is going on.... Really bad.
I think Max should be put in every election to really test the personality and humor of every candidate. Laurence clearly failed the test and made himself look bad

In the face of constant alarming and negative news all over social media and tv, I think we all certainly need a little bit of childish fun. I think we should be careful to not underestimate the value of humor as a society, and I love this channel because of that. I hope Laurence's hurtful words didn't get to Max, and I also wish the best to Laurence since he probably had to deal with hard realities when running for mayor

I love how when Laurence Fox's vote count is announced there's no disappointment, but a flicker of satisfaction, in his face. It's almost as if Max has succeeded in getting into Laurence's head and his priority is now beating Max. You may not have got the votes to beat Laurence, but you sure as hell got into his head and that in itself was a bigger win.

Count binface, is a famous "meme" type character, cos I have filmed somebody in the Cambridge are who busked inside a bin. And this man, is actually a good reputable musician to a certain level, and he was made famous by somebody who came along and got him onto FB too. That is way way way before this whole "Cambridge Analytica" thing. Ok, so fine... Silicon Roundabout obviously have created SOME influences to how we use and embrace social media in the UK. But his style of "social"... Well.. I have to give it to him, if that is what he proposed. Cos I know that Labour is kind of not strong either. As they use outside media.. and the media sector itself is kind of also blown out of the water though, isn't it ? It has collapsed on and of itself. So.. how does it all work now then ? Count Binface has been quite controlled politically is how I see it. He got his info from FB, as which is what most constituents used.. so we have to START somewhere !!! The various British papers on FB as well.. well.. he basically did literally reflected what people wanted, and not to join an actual "platform outside the UK's remit" is he ????
If government ministers is tied to nurses.. then it means that we are going to nationalise the states' employees.. and it will take us down the direction of an actual federation though... and not necessarily the various soveign states. And wasn't the entire EU was all about that too ??? Do we become a Republic, or do we remain as a soveign nation. I cannot even bring myself to vote barely !!! Are we swapping money for land?

Yeah i have no idea about UK politics (im American, we already have if crazy enough). I havent watched the past videos yet and im a new Max Fosh fan, but the dynamic of Laurence and Max was so funny.
