I love ALOT of things with this home. I agree some freshing like the master bath with a bigger shower. Maybe create an outside shower? Add Solar HW & PV. Outdoor kitchen. If the spa tub needs to be replaced just move it forward towards the view? Then add the kitchen. Does the property line go back. I think I love this house as much for the possibilities as much as the views and design. Needs some color to make it pop? Love the etch glass cabinets. Maybe LED lights inside?
Best home in a good while. Great use of space, I'd change exactly the same things plus hardwood floors to replace the carpet and update the tv room into a mid size study. Superb! Thank you Mike!

There are no plans at this time. Its the old golf course, and the zoning for that piece is "Open", which, counterintuitivly, is the most restrictive.

Definitely this is not a "modern" house. It needs lots of renos...get rid of all those carpets and install hardwoods, upgrade the kitchen cabinets, floors, bedrooms needs definitely walking closets, etc.3mil is just for the view and and the size...
