Vision had a real captain America moment. Screaming “the people need help” while being torn apart... gave me chills. Vision is the true hero of this show.

I took the Yo-Magic commercial as saying that "Your Magic" is not going to give you (Wanda) what you actually need to live. She's caught in a loop on her little island trying to find relief using magic. To continue on this path means her doom. She could die chasing this lie.

I was a little disappointed you guys didn't react to Wanda repeating "Kick Ass" thoughtfully after the kids and Quicksilver take off. A nice meta nod to the original Quicksilver actor. lol

Yeah, that cackle seemed a bit out of place if she's actually telling the truth.
People in some reaction videos were like "She had to be telling truth. She couldn't have instantly came up with her story when Vision cleared her mind." But, what if Vision never cleared her mind? What if the whole time she was taking? Before, during, and after? Her and Herb obviously are aware of what is going on. Even look at what Herb said. "Do you want something changed?" Not "Do you need to change something?" Like HE had the power to change stuff. I think he, Agatha, and some others were involved with bringing Wanda there. But, they had no idea what they are dealing with. My crazy theory is because Thanos reduced the Stones to atoms, and Wanda was empowered by the Mind Stone, that when she got SnappedBack, she absorbed energy {maybe even particles} from all the Stones. She has used Mind, Space, Power, Reality, Time, and apparently Soul powers.
@@scotthewitt258 I like that idea. She's definitely using powers beyond just altering perceptions and hypnosis at this point. After all, you can't destroy energy like the stuff that was in the stones, you can only rechannel it.
She’s been trying to help Wanda and Vision every episode, until the highly suspicious Pietro shows up and inserts himself into their lives... and suddenly she’s trying to flee town, while screaming, “ALL IS LOST!!! ALL IS LOST!!!”

"Pietro" says he remembers being gunned down then hearing her voice. Where in that story is there room for him to have found out about Vision being dead? How does he know he's dead?

These are all long shots but they could have mentioned it while off-screen, Pietro could have just figured it out on his own, maybe because of his link to Wanda he has some of her memories? IDK tbh lol. I'm just 90% sure that Mephisto and Agatha Heartness are not involved.
Something I still hold onto is that I thought he meant shot down on the street as in he was propelled there through a portal, you know what I mean?
Yeah, what he has seems less like memories and more like intel. I think he even dodged the question about when they were growing up.
There are a few possibilities. I, personally align with the theory that this Quicksilver is Mephisto or Nightmare. It would explain his remark about Vision can't die twice and would also explain how he is able to see through the whole illusion.

I think the Quicksilver "zombie" proves that we're not seeing their dead bodies (especially since the face remained as Evan Peters) but instead we are seeing Wanda's trauma in both cases. Also, I actually kind of hope this isn't really Quicksilver because he was acting very cruel most of this episode...and I don't think he'll be able to claim that Wanda wanted him to act that way because her whole thing is less controversies/problems, and her Quicksilver never acted this way to her. Also, all the references to hell and demon spawn that he makes seems to be hinting at it being someone else. Not sure how or why yet, but I guess we'll just have to wait...
Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing. I personally don't believe it's Mephisto because Marvel knows its fans do their research and to make it this blatantly obvious yet have no confirmation nor a shred of sinister behavior from Agness. I'd argue that yes, we've never seen Quicksilver act this way to her, but we have to remember firstly, that the hex alters the memories and personalities of whoever goes inside, even Wanda acts incredibly different if you compare her when she left the hex in ep 5 to her in the current episode. Also, the only time we've seen Wanda and Pietro interact is literally when their home country is being invaded and they work for nazis. There's not much time for fun quips and jokes. Just try to imagine all the Evan Peters dialogue in the Aaron Taylor Johnson voice. To me at least he doesn't sound too far off. I mean, this is the same dude that would act extremely rashly and is very cocky in Age of Ultron. He just generally seems like he doesn't care. Lastly, Wanda is obviously slipping. She doesn't even remember their childhood clearly. Coupled with her hallucinations and looking spaced out the entire episode, it's likely she some parts of Pietro could have just been lost in translation per say.
@@jelanibyrd5031 no your theory makes no sense because he’s self aware, he knows what’s going on and he knows vision is dead, he’s either mephisto or nightmare they made it pretty obvious this episode especially when Wanda attacked him at the end. If you notice her face she realized it’s not quicksilver

I guess some of my suspicion is also stemming from how much knowledge this Pietro seems to have of the outside world, especially how he knew Vision was dead and how he never actually answers any of Wanda's questions throughout the episode to quell her suspicions. He also seems oddly uncontrollable for someone supposedly brought in by Wanda herself (as he claims at least) into this ideal world, but this could easily be explained by Wanda losing some control over the people of the town (if it is in fact all Wanda). I feel like I don't know which way to lean in term of if this is supposed to be the Fox Quicksilver or the MCU Quicksilver with a new face or someone else entirely (not necessarily Mephisto) because I see possible problems with each of them (at this given point). Granted, this is based on only the information they've given us so far, and we'll definitely have more info next week which will probably clear up issues and tell us more about which way they're trying/going to go. Honestly this show is so crazy, and it's really cool to be watching something that isn't obvious or expected each week.

This episode really solidified that he’s not quicksilver, he was acting weird the whole episode and saying stuff about demons and hell. And at the end that was the nail in the coffin for Wanda when she realized that it isn’t quicksilver. He knows too much
Little hidden gem: When Darcy is getting pulled through the barrier she starts to say Fuck, but after going through into Wanda's sitcom world it changes to Fudge.
Honestly, my favorite little bit in the whole episode.
When Wanda blasts Pietro away I can just imagine her saying something like "He's already died twice!"
when I heard that Marvel is doing a WandaVision show I wasn't hyped, I didn't need it and I was questioning Marvels capabilities to do something different (the movies are great but tbh they're all a similar kind of movie) ..... thank god nobody listens to my idiot opinion, that show is just incredible. To move a franchise from it's tipical good vs bad or right vs wrong formula to something completely different, something like Lost or Dark is amazing.
I have no idea what the hell is happening here, everything seems to be possible. Could Wanda expand the Hex even further? Like around the whole globe and then we got that House of M scenario but she is starting mutant for some reason? Sure why not, I have no idea and I'm loving it!

How is GOTG the same as Winter Soldier? Or Iron Man and Ragnarok? The Dark World and Civil War?? LMAO. No offense to people actually having that opinion, maybe TWS, CW, IW and Endgame are the only movies with the same tone, since TECHNICALLY they are directed by the same directors. Literally all others have different tone and aura in them.
Disney plus is a good platform for marvel to be able to experiment with different genres and storytelling

What I meant is that they are built the same way. And that's not a mistake of Disney or anything, it's just the genre. A hero discovers his/her powers everything is awesome (prequels start with everything is awesome) then an probem appears, the hero struggles but saves the day in the end. wrapped up with that ironic, self-referential humor. That's more or less the same thing every time. And Marvel did a amazing job in making it fun and great everytime, but I (and that's probably very personal) was a bit tired of that. The movies are always fun and a great 2h investment, but 30 minutes after watching it there's not much left (there are exceptions of course). Of course every movie got it's own story and different locations,but a lot of them feel pretty similar. Anf again Marvel/Disney are doing an amazing job, these are high quality movies, so there's no real criticism, I'm just very happy about Marvel doing something different with that show.
Except gotg and ragnarok, everything feels the same to me 😔

@@wsly007 That's not Quicksilver. First of all it's clear this isn't the X-Men Quicksilver and second of all we're going to find out this isn't a recast of Aaron Taylor-Johnson. You know what would be really lame? Saying Evan Peters is the new MCU Quicksilver right after showing footage of Aarons quicksilver getting killed in the beginning of the show Marvel's decent enough not to do that. We're likely going to see him pop up in some way and Evan Peters character will be revealed as a misdirect a villan wouldn't be bad either.
@@SlimKim3 First of all, no one knows anything about this new “Quicksilver”, even if you claim to know, you don’t. Second off, Evan Peters is a way better fit as Quicksilver than anyone else, I mean seriously? The original MCU Quicksilver is dead, and Marvel showed that in Wandavision on purpose to portray that these are definitely two different people. For all we know, this new Pietro’s memories could be controlled by someone, and that would explain why he knows nothing from the X-Men series and why he also has memories from the MCU Pietro that are very specific. Being a villain in disguise would just be lame, rather than a villain pulling this version of Quicksilver from a different universe to stir shit up, which is a way better route.

Also, I think the "ad" in this one was perhaps symbolic of the fact that all those people in Westview might not actually be eating and are starving to death. Maybe you mentioned that and I missed it, but if so that's gonna be some dark, dark coffee to digest.

@@scotthewitt258 Monica in the comics is “Photon” a hero with very similar powers to Carol. She can manipulate light and use it to fire energy blasts, fly, make herself immune to radiation etc

Nah. It's just weird. Maybe a much, MUCH smaller and more subtle version that's actually like a tiara/crown without the face-framing. MAYBE. But as it is...it's just dumb. It's not a hat, it's not a helmet, it's not a crown, it's not a mask. It literally isn't any of the things one would ever wear on one's face or head. It's any and all of them...but with the key parts that make them what they are, removed. It's the most pointless possible headgear that can exist. It's not even a decent accessory.
@Bence Virág I agree & disagree. I think the comics versions of the outfits could work in live action with a few adjustments, but the MCU interpretations seem to be going out of their way to imply they can't.

The yo'magic and the starving person trapped represents a trapped and starving entity that wants "your magic" (wandas magic) but can't get to it.... so its created a bridge/straw(the kids) to suck it out by. Cython maybe? The whole Wundergore mountain thing?
It was referencing the Raft from Civil War. Trapped in the middle of the ocean. Not being able to get the yogurt open was her having the power suppression collar on.
I think they did the 90's in the last episode. It started with the early 80's but by the end we were in the early 90's with shows like Roseanne. That's why Vision was able to access the internet. The period of time passing ties in with the ageing of Billy and Tommy. If you listen carefully to 'Norm' he says "cowabunga". Straight reference to the Simpsons, which only began in 1989 and hit peak popularity around 1992 I think. Malcolm in the Middle premiered in January 2000.
Yeah last episode lumped 80's and early 90's together. This episode lumped late 90's and 2000's together. The episode marked the first stage in comedies moving into the single camera format which happened in the late 90's/early 2000's.
The "Home: It's Where You Make It" was actually already on the sign before it passed through the border. No but this show it sooo good! Each episode seems to be getting better with each week
I have a theory that by the end of the season, we wont get any answers, and this is where Doctor Strange an the Multiverse of M(adness) as I feel it might be a direct continuation of the series.

In HoM, Wanda created reality in which all heroes lived their dream lives. Peter Parker didn't have powers, had a kid boy and was happy.
But then Wolverine started realizing that THIS wasn't how reality should be, it was suspicious. Because he's basically immortal and also already experienced things like time travel.
In the end, Wanda got absolutely mad (out of grief I think, she lost Vision and twins too, but I don't remember exactly when, I read it so long ago) - and before Doctor Strange and Professor X managed to put her into sleep, she whispered "No more mutants..." and 98% of mutants stopped to exist.
It was huge Marvel cleaning of overstaffed X-Men.

Hey Peaches! Lot of fun hanging with you all on stream yesterday. Couple of things I noticed about this episode:
First, Vision was the first person to try and pass through the barrier after Wanda changed it. It looked like he got through the blue part just fine, but the red part was trying to keep him in. Pieces of him were being pulled back into the zone. Maybe Wanda just really didn't want him leaving? He didn't immediately turn into a deactivated vision when he came out.
Also, did you notice the name of the special project that Darcey found in the Director's files? "Cataract" What's a cataract? It's something that clouds your vision. Hmm? Hmm?

What I love about this show is how it always leaves us wanting more. It leaves us to stew in the events of the episode and theorise where it is going and what is coming. That is why I am glad all episodes weren't released at once.
What if the energy from the hex that’s re-writing cells on a molecular level is what’s creating the MCU mutants?

In the comics Tommy and Billy have powers too. They became Speed and Wiccan. Billy is as powerful as Wanda.
I wonder if Billy sensing his dad being in trouble and Wanda not even sensing it might be a hint that he is a littler stronger than Wanda.
The commercial was a teaser to ghostriders deal with mephisto.
In the new version of Ghost Rider he needs to pull out a tub of yogurt and wait several months to transform. He is far less efficient at saving people than the old version.

I loved the intro, which was pretty much a mix out of ALF and Malcom. It was really nice! I really hope, that they will keep this Quicksilver.... cause he was really the coolest quicksilver of those two. Maybe he somehow went into an alternative version of his universe and then he was pulled into the Hex with his memories changed...... but doesn´t look like that tbh. I looks like he is the MCU Quicksilver just with a new face. If that is the case: I would be dissapointed.
My big question is how did Quicksilver know Vision had died once already?!? Dude isn't the real Pietro, definitely a reanimated corpse sent in by whoever is messing with Wanda!!

I swear if y'all are right and Agnes / Mephisto turns out to be the antagonist, I'm gonna throw a fit. It just DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME. WHy marvel??? Agnes was literally driving her car out of town! She was about to cross Ellis street, just a couple hundred feet from freedom. There is no way she's an antagonist.
@@jelanibyrd5031 No she wasn't. She was sitting there waiting for Vision to approach her. Her car wasn't moving despite her being aware enough to talk to Vision. And then she turned around and went back.
@@senhowler but why would she le and visions to the outskirts of town? How would she know he’d find her? And how did his, mind touch thing have an effect on her? Even if we ignore all that, what’s her intention/motive? One might say it would be to trigger the expansion of the hex. But Vision was already on his way outside of west view before coming in contact with Agnes. So even if he didn’t run into her the events would have played out the same.
@FlickTalk but why?!?!?!??! It doesn’t make any sense to me! Why would she kill the dog? She didn’t even know whether or not Wanda can bring things back to life. If it were for the kids to age up, why does she need the kids? So satan can possess Billy and begin world domination? Marvel wouldn’t do a story line like that. I’ve been looking, honestly, through the entire season for an ounce of sinister behavior from Agnes and I can’t find anything. Pietro gave off more so sinister vibes during his first appearance than Agnes has put off the entire show. So someone please explain this Mephisto / Agnes theory to me, what’s the motivation?
@@jelanibyrd5031 She led him to the outskirts of town to plant the idea that people further away from Wanda are stuck in loops or frozen. Which we do not actually know is the cause. To ensure he'd find her all she'd have to do is be able to track him and then be in the only running car with it's headlights on which made her stand out above everyone else. We have no idea if his mind touch thing actually affected her or if she was acting. And everything she has done has been to keep Vision focused on Wanda as the sole cause of everything.

Honestly when Vision walked out of the barriar I figured his head was just gonna exploded and look like it did after thanos took the stone, what they did was much more interesting and also kinda confusing but with this show confusion and interest are basically synonyms.

And since we know Wanda is literally changing reality, it could be Vision but just with no memories from before and powered by the Mind stone powers Wanda has

Fox's quicksilver was alive in the 80's in what that episode was based in, her actual brother wasn't born til 89. She's turning certain people in the town in to mutants from her energy shield as witnessed by the agent being mutated....I have a feeling in the end her shield energy will explode around the whole planet and thus certain "x-men" will be changed into mutants thus making the fox universe now shared...
But that wouldn’t justify the X-men existing now? Because then they’d all technically have gotten their powers via Wanda which would essentially be a reboot? I have a feeling something is making this happen and we’re getting multiverse earlier than we thought?

I think I figured it out. When that force field hits you, and you have a certain hidden gene. It activates it. Some x-men will come from the multiverse. Others will be created when wandas magic covers the whole world
Oooooo that would be a great way to do it. It would also mean we'd get to potentially keep Vision around, which I'm super on board with.

When he shows up at the door i the last episode, his hair is _silver._ Straight hair, black roots, and the rest is very grey/silver just like Fox's Quicksilver.
This episode, the roots are brown and the hairs blonde and a bit wavy, just like the MCU's Quicksilver. Whatevers going on, he was meant to look like Fox's Quicksilver. If its someone just appearing as him for some reason, they're appearing _as_ Fox's Quicksilver, that they're aware of. Otherwise he'd have shown up with the hair he has in this episode. It cant even be a nod to the audience, like..if he showed up looking like he did in this episode, Id buy that the show literally did recast him, and went with Evan Peters as a nod to the fans, but whoever he is, the actor has no in-world relevance.
But he showed up with the same hair he had in the X-Men movies. That literally makes no possible sense unless whoever or whatever he is, hes _meant_ to look like the Quicksilver from that universe.
My guess as to who Pietro really is is that the body we see is the Evan Peters Quicksilver from the Fox universe. But he has the mind of Pietro from the MCU. Fox Quicksilver's body was brought over from the multiverse because he's the alternate version of Pietro. With the same powers. So Wanda, because of her connection to the mind stone, brought back his consciousness and put it inside this compatible body subconsciously. She did it, she just doesn't know when or how. As he said, she called out to him and the next thing he knew he was there. I am almost positive Mephisto and Agness/Agatha Heartness are not involved. Any comments made by Pietro about them being "demon spawn" and whatever are all red herrings meant to throw us off. The biggest twist for a show like this would be for there to be no twist. Or rather not go how anyone thinks it would go. If Agnes is still acting at the end of Episode 6, even with vision releasing her from the hex's influence, she deserves an award for the actress of the decade.
@@jelanibyrd5031 I agree with you. I hope it is X-Men's Quicksilver and Wanda is creating mutants with the hex. This episode made me seriously doubt the Agatha theory, but then again, her Halloween costume was a witch lol.
@@Echidna23Gaming I think the witch costume was a red herring. But Agnes is someone important. Not just anyone cane be that comfortable with the Maximoffs.
I actually believe Dr. Strange has already brought mutants from the multiverse into this universe, and he has sent Quicksilver into this reality to help Wanda. He probably told Peter some of their childhood memories as well to make it seem like it was a recast.
This is for the first time I see such theory that he isn't agent of evil but agent of good. Kudos.
Or Wanda is giving him her memories of her real brother and he can see other memories of hers explaining why he knows Vision died

It feels like Pietro is a mashup between MCU and Fox Quicksilvers which is why the memories are jumbled up, and at the same time he's an agent acting on behalf of someone else sent in to either find out more information from Wanda or to keep Wanda preoccupied.
I'm not sure about the 'Vision not surviving outside' thing. It might have to do with whatever Wanda did to the barrier last episode. Maybe if Vision had tried to leave before that he would have been fine.

The commercial was a reference to her being in the Raft in Civil War. The yogurt was referencing her not being able to use her magic with the power suppression collar on.
I really feel like the commercial with the kid, it's a direct reference to what's happening to the townspeople. If you eating or sleeping or whatever isn't something necessary to the show, you get left to repetitive loops of activity like some sort of early-gen Sims NPC. The kid on the commercial appears to be repeating the same action, like he's caught in a loop on the verge of opening the yogurt until he ultimately starves to death.
