I like these tours because you get to see well planned house that aren't over the budget for most Filipinos. Most Filipinos would want to see their money's worth and their personal style when building houses. If you watch too much Presello and other real estate channels, you only see the huge houses that have asking prices of 40m+.

Maam Carla, I have watched two of your videos, maganda po ang content ng vlog nyo. Kasi different perspective po ang mga house design na shinoshowcase nyo. Ang comment ko lang po, sana po as you go along with your vlog or house tour sana hindi na kayo masyadong comment ng comment on the personal lives ng mga guest nyo. Instead, please focus on how the houses was built, the process, materials used, accent pieces, in short sa technical aspect po as architect. masyado po kasing ang daming unnecessary comments and talks na hindi na po kelangan iexpose for the viewers. This vlog would have been better if you discuss on technical aspects para makabigay or impart kayo ng knowledge and techniques sa mga aspiring people who work in the same industry. Nevertheless, nice start up po sa vlog. Hope to see more if these kinds of houses. More power and God bless.

this is the 2nd video i watched from you mam, and same sa comment nato yung napansin ko, ill say sorry kase im doubting if ur an architect kse parang hindi po kayo nagbibigay ng insights or architectural structures, on the other hand, i like how the guy architect is explaining, he's more accomodating and hindi distracted yung tour ng bawat rooms, sobrang ganda po ng mga bahay na nafeature nyo so far and hopefully mas mahighlight po yun

She may be loud and all but for all u know baka close lng sila nung mga may ari ng bahay. You're entitled to your opinion pero this is too much. Hirap mag aral ng architecture tas sabihan mo lng ng ganito.

agree. Host should allow the homeowners to do the talking / tour. suggestion, before your roll / record, brief your crew on how the flow of the tour will be. Camera focus must be on the subject (homeowner / designer) as he or she talks, and then after the tour, take some shots of the things you have discussed during the tour. This will take time but will definitely have a huge impact on your presentation and editing. Tone down also, you are a guest inside these homes, do not over power the homeowners. Remember, you are a friend who is visiting their homes, not a nosey neighbor - so chill. Hope these tips help. Excited to see your next episodes.

This has lots of useful tips on implementing the industrial design. Needs tighter editing for faster pace as there are lots of extraneous info that are not related to the topic of industrial design.
I like an industrial finished house. I’m learning a lot and hopefully will execute it when I do my house. Thank you for featuring this kind of design. If I may suggest to keep the unnecessary comments to a minimum. It doesn’t help to promote the design element of the house. Better focus on how the design was achieved and cost effectiveness. Good job to the architect 👍🏽

This is the best kitchen I have seen so far. The space is so generous. Clever natural light design. Good idea in combining the dining table with the kitchen island. Beautiful floor. Nice ceiling. Very unique entrance. Enigmatic.
But I dont like the walls. It should have atleast a different texture from the floor to break off the continuity.
But overall I love the house. Its a very brave design especially in our country.

You don't need to narrate that they have a rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster.... we can see that. Sana mas pinagsalita yung owner about the features of his house. The whys and hows.
