    Hi, Lara❤ big thank you 🙏 time well spent on a Sunday afternoon 🎉thanks for the cue ( press the lower back ) for full roll up. Very helpful. Wonderful for swan dive. I was actually “successful “ this time 😊 . I know it was not earlier this year when I tried it. Thank you for your instructions. I have a big smile on my face , very grateful ❤❤thanks for being a vital part of my wellness journey in 2024😊
