For the crust:
12 pcs Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed
40g unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
300g cream cheese, softened
30g powdered sugar
130g whipping cream
160g Lotus Biscoff spread
For the topping:
90g Lotus Biscoff spread, melted
1-2 pcs Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crumbled (for garnish)

碧根果可以不放,或者用其他坚果代替。但如果没有lotus酱的话,这个蛋糕倒是不太好做了。下面几个水果口味的给你参考:
