After a few years of trying different chemicals, I finally figured out what works best for me. I'll show what I'm using now and I'll explain why I'll continue to use it.
I have a half acre pond in southern Arizona. This product has been my go to for weed control and it’s the best I’ve found. I’m also going to try stocking some Asian grass carp aka “white Amur” which do not reproduce but will live about 20 years and according to my fish provider for a pond my size 4-5 of them will keep it incredibly clean. This is what many golf courses and planned communities use as well as canal systems. I’m going to give that a try and see if I can truly eliminate the need for chemicals.
