- New photos reveal the vantage point of the suspected would-be assassin who federal investigators said attempted to kill former President Donald Trump over the weekend.
Court documents allege Ryan Routh camped outside of Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida for nearly 12 hours before a US Secret Service agent opened fire, foiling the potential attack.
Federal investigators said Routh did not fire any gunshots, never had Trump in his line of sight and took off after the agent who spotted him fired in his direction.
Routh was later stopped and arrested in neighboring Martin County.
No one was injured, but it marked the second attempt on Trump’s life in a matter of about two months.
Investigators are continuing to examine Routh’s potential motive and movements in the days and weeks leading up to Sunday when a US Secret Service agent assigned to Trump’s security detail spotted a gun poking out of the shrubbery at the golf course where Trump was playing.
Michael Gould, a former police lieutenant who was on the security details for presidents George HW Bush and Jimmy Carter, joined LiveNOW from FOX’s Josh Breslow to share more on the latest attempt on Trump’s life.

Trump wasn't scheduled to play golf at that course on that day. He made the decision to play there that day. So this would be shooter hid in the bushes for 12 hours waiting for Trump to come around to that hole on the course that he wasn't scheduled to play on that day?

Everybody in this situation failed except for the citizen who took a picture of the license plate and reported it to the police otherwise this nut bag probably would have gotten away, no thanks to the secret service or whoever delegates where security is supposed to be and what they check. The secret service guy did his job, but the security plan failed to secure the most critical part, which is the perimeter fence. Either the golf course's security team or Palm Beach County deputies should have been patrolling outside the fence.

1. Trump had no public schedule published that day.
2. His private weekly schedule didn't have him playing golf that day.
3. Somehow Routh found out the a day prior that Trump made impromptu plans to golf. This indicates a spy in Trump's close circle or security team.
4. Secret Service is required by standard protocol to check the perimeter before Trump gets there. They didn't.
5. The assailant was there for 12 hours without anyone noticing? Not even golf course maintenance which is done daily.
6. Routh has been unemployed for quite some time. Someone, with a lot of money, financially backed him for the expensive equipment, everyday expenses, and numerous flights between Hawaii, Ukraine, South Carolina, and Florida.
7. This is the second attempt on Trump by a non-professional assassin. Which indicates that he was potentially groomed, brainwashed, or otherwise influenced by someone who wanted a patsy to do their dirty work.
8. Oddly, a Blackrock connection between both wannabe assassins, Crooks & Routh, exists.
9. FBI has only charged Routh with 2 gun charges, but no attempted murder.

It wasn't a scheduled round of golf. The guy sat in wait for 12 hours rather than show up an hour before Trump. It's Trump's golf course near his home, and he's there quite often and that's not hard to figure out. If it was an inside job he would have know the sniper came through first, and he wouldn't have had his rifle barrel sticking through the fence before they passed. Routh is just a walk job that had a little luck on his side that got him in the right place at the right time.
He showed up when it was dark and there was no one to see him slip into the bushes.
The real question is why did he choose that day to stake out that golf course?
The next one is why would a serious assassin even expose their position by sticking the barrel of their rifle through the fence before having line of sight on their target?
For that matter why would they stick the barrel through the fence at all? Everything about this smells more than just a bit fishy.

Someone needs to ask the question how he knew Trump would be there and at what time. Very few people know this information far ahead enough to prepare and travel from Hawaii and get there 12 hours in advance. Police resources are usually not informed until the morning of a protected persons plans to need service in thier area. Someone in the FBI or SS at the top must have been invovolved with this attack.
