Hii, I think the best of both worlds. An office space where you can have your inventory, a showroom, package area, and people can pick up their orders and most importantly FREEDOM❤
Love the idea of an office space. You can continue your online boutique and not have to “work from home” you can have an area where you take your boutique photos. Another area to work on your computer, and another area where you can store your inventory and package orders. I think that would be most beneficial for you.
Little small office space where customers can do pick ups 🙂 that way you still get the customer interaction (since I noticed that you love meeting your customers) & you will have more flexibility (important as moms)
I’ve been following you since before you opened your online store. I remember when you were packing orders in your room. Regardless of what choice you make, you should feel really proud of yourself and have far you’ve come. We are our worst critic but only because we care ❤ you are very genuine and inspiring. I would say the 3rd option is the best of both worlds (business wise & mom life). Good luck in whatever you do. It’ll all work out.
Hi Selene!! I know it’s tough for you to decide, but as a mom and have gone through a similar situation as yorself, I can only say to go with the option that will allow you to enjoy your family! Your kids are small and life goes by too quick to not enjoy them enough❤Yes, as moms we want to also thrive and be successful professionally but missing out on your kids is something we can’t get back. Honestly, I feel that the office space you mentioned would be perfect and that way you have the freedom of moving your schedule around. I made a similar decision for myself and my profession and I can tell you that I do not regret it not one bit. You’ve come a long way and I’m super proud of you!! This is LEGIT all our business issues! I felt I was listening to myself talk. Hiring good or even decent employees is almost impossible now a days! It isn’t easy to grow and doing it all yourself but hiring someone can also set you back with issues they cause! It’s wild
Hey girl! As a mom of an almost 3 year old myself , I think you should go with the office space . Best of both worlds & you still get to enjoy your babies 🤍
Close down, continue with online and office space and have set days/hours/timeframe for order pickups only - that way it still gives you the freedom you want and you can choose when to be present at the office for pickups and not have to worry on having to be there for a full "shift"

If you are able to get the smaller space you will still be there for the same hours as before. I would say either negotiate a shorter lease or do a warehouse space. With a warehouse space you could have your kids with you. An employee there may not interact with the customer as well. You could offer a showroom in front for pickups ❤️
I hear you, I am in downtown boulder pearl street. I didn’t take space as big as yours and I love it. I have office, store front and behind I have small space in the back for inventory. Do what you feel is best, just pray and you will find the answer. We are all wishing you the best
I showroom + online store will be a good medium. You can set a schedule that works best for you and have days for pick-ups.
This will give you the flexibility to also get your purpose to get out of the house.
Me I would take the summer off which I think would be nice for the boys then come the fall get an office space. I think the office sounds like the best option so you have space for inventory keep work separate from home ❤ best of luck 😊

Office Space/Work space is probably the best way to go! You get the taste of both worlds not giving up on yourself & being able to be Mom.
Being a business owner isn't easy. My husband and I own a marketing firm but we work from home and with 4 young kids it makes pick ups and drop off so much easier for us. I don't want to miss a moment with my kids. My mother worked so hard and could not stay home with 6 kids but we missed a lot. No matter what u decide, do what is best in ur mamá heart. U could try out the small office area and if u miss it then open a shop again.

I think you have the answer within you. I can tell you love what you do but also feel like you are missing out on your children. I think you would get that balance with just having an office space and online orders. At the end whatever you choose you are a great mother and business owner.❤❤❤

Do what your heart says , and dont be so hard on yourself. You've already done so much and should be proud. They say owning a business is really hard the first few years. If you are having mommy guilt, I say just do online for now, and rent an office space. Once your kids are a little older , maybe you can try again to open a boutique a smaller one how you said.
