- This is a quick tutorial on how to record the effects processed by ucg102 from Guitar Rig 4 into a track on Sonar LE 8.5.
Guitar Rig is added as VST effect.
I have played this at least ten times... I love the song, it's great!
Thank you for the quick response!! Thank to your videos I can record my guitar at whatever sound I want. Good luck!!
Great video! I've been having a hard time to record the guitar rig 5 sound effects while recording using sonar x2 in my windows 7. Every time I record a guitar track, it doesn't transfer the sound effects of GR5. It only records the natural sound of my guitar even though I hear the sound effect while recording. My question is, should I use this method (your video) to get it fixed? Was it necessary to buy my audio interface since the Guitar Rig does it all? Thank you for your time.
hi, thx for the video, i have a problem, when i enable the echo icon it sounds twice, as a delay, it doesn't sound at the same time, can i change that option? thanks again!!
Fala, cara... tudo bom? Estou enfrentando problemas para gravar no sonar xii utilizando o guitar link. Não estou preocupado com vst no momento, só queria gravar a pista enquanto ouço o projeto. Você poderia me passar algum outro contato seu para eu te explicar os detalhes? Obrigado
hello, thx for the comment.
the video shows how to add guitar rig as VST effect. So it should work for guitar 4 or 5.
If you won't use an external soundcard, you just need to install the ASIO4all driver and select it in the Audio Options (you can see in the video I have Behringer USB soundcard and Asio4all available, I could have selected any of them). Asio4all is free product. The remaining steps are all the same.
I hope it have helped a bit. Any questions pls let me know.
Thx & good luck
