@@michaelb.42112 Nice I just sold my 2006. If you take care of it, it could go up to 40,000. They don't need much maintenance either. My last Vino was getting 80+mpg.
@@thelagmeister Wow, well, it was just serviced recently, and I look forward to learning how the 2 stroke oil works, meaning when do I need to add more...
@@michaelb.42112 Nice. I know the gas engines last forever. I'm not sure about the 2 strokes. It's a good deal either way. There should be an oil reservoir that you keep oil in. Just don't let it run out or the bike will die. Most of the time there is an oil light to let you know it's low but I wouldn't rely on it.
Yeah there is a lot of open road. I wish we had some winding twisty roads. It would be perfect if we didn't have so many crazy drivers. It is dark in a lot of places great for viewing the night sky. There is a lot of light pollution where I'm at now.
Yeah. If it's a really steep hill it might be doing 30-40 mph. If you were up to speed and didn't have to slow down it might not be so bad. These are great bikes but to be honest people have zero respect for these scooters on the road. I would recommend something bigger like a 250cc.
I just got one TODAY 1/18/2024 and traded a nice Peavey RJIV bass guitar for it.
Sounds like a good deal. I bought both of my Vinos for $800 each. What year and how many miles?
@@thelagmeister I got it. 2006, 16k miles

Nice wide open spaces & roads to ride!! I bet it is super dark out there at night !!

I got a 2004 vino it will hit 60 an no more love em
The Vino's are great bikes. I just wish there were more aftermarket parts for them. Well at least the 4 strokes.
@thelagmeister herd that
Looks like a pretty high elevation, at about 440 ft I can do about 61 or 62 on a flat road. For city riding it's perfect.
It's about 3,000 ft where I'm at. I think I had this one up to 63mph but of course when I try to make a video it's goin 56mph.
Would like to get one of these but im terrified i wont be able to make it up the hill by my house and its a 55mph speed zone lol xD

@@cjspooner4603 yeah u will
Soooo how fast was that?

@@thelagmeisteridk why u put a time stamp knowing anyone can barely hear u over the wind sayin the speed.
56 mph
I got a vino Yamaha scooter 125.2003 she do 60 like nothing.
I believe it. I had this one up to 63mph, but of course when I try to record a video it only did 56mph. I sold this one shortly after I recorded this.
This motorbike is dead 😂
Dead? It's still on the road today. The Vino isn't known for being fast. They last 40,000+ miles if you take care of them.
