I like jazwaeres because of the diversity between characters and variants such as sonic riders sonic, sonic and Sega allstars racing figures and sonic and the black knight figures, and the very modern design of them, the Tomy ones look off compared to how sonic looked in colors and generations

I also own a jazwares sonic figure with 2 rings and hes in perfect condition! I know people say Tomy's figure sculpts look better than jazwares but i think jazwares has a better look for sonic! Because the figure looks like the in game model from Colors, Unleashed and Generations!
Adventure Sonic I only say that jazwares was easy to break because I only had them when I was younger and broke them all. And my tomy figures eyes don’t feel like they’re going to break off.

When Big the Cat got re-issued for the Sonic X toy line, he was the only one who was able to keep his accessories; his fishing pole and Froggy, his pet frog. In all fairness, the Toy Island Sonic figures had some awesome accessories in their original Sonic Adventure releases; Besides Sonic's snowboard and Big's fishing pole and Froggy, Tails had a Chao, Knuckles had a ring box, and Dr. Eggman had the Kiki robot and his bomb.

I've always wanted to collect the Jazwares Figures since from when I was a kid but I live in Brazil and Sonic Figures were never common here. the only ones I've managed to find were the super posers and I've got the Sonic Super poser but I still wanted the smaller ones from Jazwares, I still think of getting a Jazwares Sonic,Shadow and Silver figure but they are super expensive now
I always liked jazwares, when I was little, I had nearly all the figures and I liked to make them fight and have adventures, and since I never broke them, I still have them, and soon I might get the 5 inch sonic version 2
If you want a great sculpt you just have to sacrifice articulation I do hope Tomy adds a few articulation points on their Sonic figures wrist and ankle articulation mainly
I don't see Tomy making a whole bunch of these figures. The Boom line of figures was very limited and most of them are worth a lot of money now. The regular figures as well they did not release a lot and are limited stock.
How does the Tomy mold look more accurate to Sonic's current appearance than the Jazwares? Sure the elbow hinges kind of bulge his arms awkwardly, but all in all if you put Jazwares sonic in a neutral stance, and Tomy sonic in a neutral stance, Tomy looks awkward and pudgy with wide hips, and a huge body. Like Tails or Rouge body proportions. Not sonic's skinny lanky proportions.
PrincessTogepi I believe everyone’s allowed to have their own opinions on these, it all comes down to just what we like as action figures. While I do personally believe TOMY is more accurate, I can’t deny their sonic and Jazwares’ sonic are neck and neck in terms of accuracy

I had SO MANY 3inch jazwares sonic figures and i just lost them all, im very sad that the price skyrocketed. Also with the later figures i had so many sonic toys that shot up in price and can’t get back. Just going to get resaurus and sa2 joyride sonic sonic those were the ones i always wanted more
I had a sonic jazzwear figure it broke like a mouth ago so I guess those break easily though I didn’t use it a lot so that’s properly why it didn’t break so soon.Also I have a classic sonic one so yea but it didn’t break same with my super figures.

Sonic Speed jazwares was too easy to break though, and the only Tomy figure that looks off is Tails.
