The Slaughter Shack, TVHM, Mayhem 3. You can get 15+ legendaries. Tons of Badass enemies. No quitting to title and reloading multiple times for a possibility of 1. Just trying to get the word out.
No one ever talks about the special hidden effect of the Phebert. The main reason it's considered a legendary. 90% of the weapons in BL3 are projectile weapons which means there is travel time between when you fire and when it hits the enemy. The Phebert is a hitscan weapon meaning the moment you pull the trigger the enemy is damaged. It's probably the best shotgun in the game for longer range fights. It also hits pretty hard.
It could be, but its probably just named after the general car term for going above the safe level of revs. Usually if a weapon is a reference the red text would match its source material
If you are level 50 and want to farm dinklebot then turn off you mayhem mode and u can farm him a lot faster and he drops the loot-a-grams 100% of the time so it wouldn't affect the drop rate. like so other people can see
i tried the urist farm and out of 40 runs he never showed up once so i gave up on the lob shot sniper that i will prob never use anyways but would have been nice to decorate my room with.

Use the hive with Zane's two shot skill. I shoot 4 of these hive balls a clip when it's active. Just cleans up.

The Slaughter Shack, TVHM, Mayhem 3. You can get 15+ legendaries. Tons of Badass enemies. No quitting to title and reloading multiple times for a possibility of 1. Just trying to get the word out.
No one ever talks about the special hidden effect of the Phebert. The main reason it's considered a legendary. 90% of the weapons in BL3 are projectile weapons which means there is travel time between when you fire and when it hits the enemy. The Phebert is a hitscan weapon meaning the moment you pull the trigger the enemy is damaged. It's probably the best shotgun in the game for longer range fights. It also hits pretty hard.

If you are level 50 and want to farm dinklebot then turn off you mayhem mode and u can farm him a lot faster and he drops the loot-a-grams 100% of the time so it wouldn't affect the drop rate. like so other people can see

The unstoppable is a side mission objective as well. Got the mission a few times. Didn't think he was a rare spawn.
It is not side mission all rare enemies appear as bounties to allow players knowledge about them and where they spawn
